関する。 【構成】 本考案の動物玩具は対象とする動物に親近感
を与える形状を有し、天然ポリマーから得られたプラス
チック材で構成されかつ動物の好む食物の形状を有する
ことから成る。

本考案は動物用、特に、ペット用の娯楽用品に関する。

【従来の技術】
動物が戯れて持って来ることのできる種類の対象物で遊ぶのが好きなことは周 知の通りである。 特に、犬、猫等のペットの場合、彼らは通常飼い主が意図的または偶然に彼ら の近くへ不要になった家庭用品を置いてやるとそれで遊ぶのが好きである。 長時間使用した対象物はその動物にとって親しみが湧き、成長してからもその 対象物を離さないことがある。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
本考案は上述のような娯楽用品を提供することを課題とし、対象とする動物に とって特に魅力的な設計および構成の動物玩具を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案によれば、上記課題は添付の実用新案登録請求の範囲に記載する構成の 物品により達成できる。 本考案によるペット等動物用の玩具は対象とする動物を魅了する形状を有し、 天然ポリマーから得られるプラスチック材を基礎として構成されていることを特 徴とする。 上記動物用玩具は食物の形状をしいてるのが好ましい。 上記動物用玩具は上記プラスチック材に一般的食用物質を添加して形成されて よい。 上記動物用玩具は骨片の形状に形成されていてよい。 本考案の特徴および利点を明らかにするために、以下、本考案の非制限的な実 施態様を添付図面を参照して説明する。

【実施例】
本考案による動物用玩具は概ね１で示されかつ、通常、犬に供与される骨の外 観を呈している。 この骨の外観の玩具１は天然のポリマーから得られるプラスチック材で構成さ れる食べることのできる支持材で形成されている。本考案の好ましい実施態様に おいて、上記プラスチック材として、ＮＯＶＡＭＯＮＴ ＣＯＭＰＡＮＹにより 製造されている、製品名ＭＡＴＥＲ−ＢＩとして既知の市販品が使用できる。 本考案による動物用玩具は多くの利点を有する。 実施態様において、上記玩具は対象とする動物、例えば、犬、が馴染みかつ種 々の標準食物を噛むように噛むことのできる形状を有する。実際には、本考案の 玩具は犬を含む動物を魅了するような肉片等の形状をした食物の形態にするのが 有益である。 更に、骨の形態の場合、魅惑的な滑らかな外観を呈していて普通の状態で臭わ ないプラスチック材で形成するのが、この種の動物にとって非常に魅力的である ことは実験で証明されている。 更に、上記プラスチック材は動物に消化でき、かつ粉砕されても動物に危害を 与えるような鋭利断片を形成しないものがよい。
【０００６】 本考案の他の利点は、上記プラスチック材がプラスチック製造分野において従 来使用されてきた標準的方法および設備により製造できる点である。このことは 上記動物用玩具のいかなる形状および寸法による製造をも可能にする。更に、上 記プラスチック材を多孔質構造に形成し、これに他の所望物質を添加して成形品 の質の向上を図ることができる。このような添加物の例示として、ビタミン、プ ロテイン、ミネラル塩等の滋養分の多い調整物、または対象とする動物を更に魅 惑するのに効果的な香辛料を添加できる。 従って、本考案の玩具は使用する目的、家畜動物または野性動物に応じて形態 を変えて適用できる。例えば、猫用としては魚、小さい鼠等の猫の好む食物の形 態にできる。

    ペット等の動物用玩具であって、上記玩具は天然ポリマ
    ーから得られるプラスチック材を基礎として構成されて
    いることを特徴とする。
  2. 【請求項２】 上記玩具は食物の形状を有する、請求項
    １の動物用玩具。
  3. 【請求項３】 上記玩具は上記プラスチック材に一般的
    食用物質を組合せて形成されている、請求項２の動物用
    玩具。
  4. 【請求項４】 上記玩具は骨片の形状に形成されてい
    る、請求項３の動物用玩具。
