けが必要な場合は4図のように印刷基板6を2枚
6a,6bに分割するか、または第5図のように
フレキシブル印刷配線基板7の折れ曲り面7a以
外に副え板8a,8bを重ね合せたものを取付け
ていた。尚、以上の図における9は接栓、10は
配線ケーブルである。

え板8a,8bを必要とし、フレキシブル印刷基
板7そのものが高価なこともあり、非常にコスト
高となる欠点があつた。

本発明は、基板取付面が折れ曲り部で内側に折
れ曲つた2平面から成つている筐体の該2平面に
跨がる印刷配線基板の固定方法であつて、前記基
板取付面の前記折れ曲り部を挟んで対向する両側
端縁にそれぞれ設けられて基板の端縁を載置する
支承部と、前記折れ曲り部の両側にそれぞれ近接
して設けられ折れ曲り部で基板取付面から浮き上
つた基板中央部を取付面側に押しつけ固定する固
定部とにより、印刷配線基板の両側端縁を自由端
にして中央部のみを固定するようにし、格別の部
材を要せずに簡単安価に固定できるようにしたも
のである。

11aを基板取付面側に押付け乍ら取付ねじ17
を取付座15に螺合させて締付ける。締付け状態
に於ける印刷配線基板11はねじ固定により強制
的に反らされるため強固な固定が得られる。但
し、この場合、印刷配線基板11の変形に耐える
弾性と筐体の基板取付面12のその変形を保持出
来る剛性が必要である。又実装部品は折れ曲り面
の両方の面に跨がらないように取付けるべきであ
る。

になり回路機能素子の実装効率が向上し機器とし
て小形化が計れる。(iii)フレキシブル印刷配線基板
の場合のような補強用の副え板も不要である。(iv)
意匠デザイン及び回路設計に従来以上の自由度を
与えることができる。等の効果が得られる。

により、印刷配線基板の両側端縁を自由端にして
中央部のみを固定することを特徴とする印刷配線
基板の固定方法。
