However, the duct described in the above publication had the following problems. That is, the method for manufacturing a duct described in the specification involves cutting a metal plate into the required shape, processing the edges, and manufacturing a metal face plate having a seam.
Cut the heat insulating board with foil into the required shape with metal foil glued to one side of the heat insulating board, place the other side of the heat insulating board with foil in contact with the metal face plate, and then cut the heat insulating board with foil to the metal foil side. A stud welding stud is passed through the stud, the tip is welded to the metal face plate, the foiled heat insulating plate is fixed to the metal face plate, and the gaps on the metal face plate are joined together to form a metal plate duct unit. It is something. This takes too much time and effort to manufacture, resulting in poor productivity, and also increases the manufacturing cost of the insulated duct obtained by this method.

The measures of the present invention taken to solve the above problems are as follows. That is, the present invention provides a heat insulating layer by spraying foamed resin onto the surface of a material plate, and after forming grooves in the part of the heat insulating layer corresponding to the bent part of the material plate, the material plate is formed into a heat insulating layer at the bent part. Fold it to the side and connect and secure both ends to form a rectangular tube shape.
This is a method for manufacturing an insulated duct. Examples of the material plate include iron plates, galvanized iron plates, and other metal plates. The heat insulating layer is made of foamed resin such as foamed urethane, and is provided on the inner surface of the duct by various methods such as spraying the foamed resin with a spray gun. An example of a spray agent used when using a spray gun is polyol and isocyanate, which are sent separately to the spray gun using a compressor and simultaneously jetted onto the steel plate from the nozzle of the spray gun to cause a chemical reaction. to form a heat insulating layer. The thickness of the heat insulating layer is determined as appropriate depending on the conditions of the construction site. In addition, the surface of the heat insulating layer should be as uneven as possible so that there is no resistance to air blowing, and preferably, a synthetic resin sheet with a smooth surface should be pasted on the surface of the heat insulating layer to prevent air blowing. It is better to reduce the resistance and reduce the power required for blowing air.

The present invention will be explained in more detail based on embodiments shown in the drawings. FIG. 1 is a partially cutaway perspective view showing an embodiment of a heat insulating duct obtained by the manufacturing method according to the present invention. Reference numeral 1 denotes a heat insulating duct, which includes a duct 2 formed into a rectangular tube shape. The duct 2 is made of a galvanized iron plate with a thickness of 0.6 to 0.8 mm, and a heat insulating layer 3 made of foamed resin is provided on the entire inner wall of the duct 2. The method of manufacturing the heat insulating duct 1 is as follows. First, a foamed resin is sprayed onto the surface of a rectangular and flat material plate (not shown) using a spray gun, and the foamed resin is adhered to provide the heat insulating layer 3. After providing the heat insulation layer 3, provide a V-shaped groove 30 in the heat insulation layer 3 corresponding to the bent part of the material plate, then bend the material plate toward the heat insulation layer 3 side, and connect and secure both ends with an L-shaped angle 5. The whole is made into a rectangular cylindrical heat insulating duct 1. In addition to the method described above, the connection and fixation of both ends of the material can also be carried out by providing a bent part 6 at the joint end of the material plate and using a fixing device 7 such as a bolt, as shown in FIG. . When connecting the heat insulating ducts 1, as shown in FIG. 3, the connecting portions of the heat insulating ducts 1 may be surrounded by an aluminum plate 9, and the connecting portions 8 may be hung by hanging tools 10 hanging from the ceiling. The present invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiment, and various modifications are possible within the scope of the claims.

In the present invention, foamed resin is sprayed onto the surface of a material plate to form a heat insulating layer, grooves are formed in the part of the heat insulating layer corresponding to the bent portions of the material plate, and then the material plate is bent toward the heat insulating layer, and both ends of the material plate are bent. Since the sides are connected and fixed to form a rectangular tube shape, the heat insulating duct can be manufactured relatively easily and efficiently, and the manufacturing cost can be kept low.
