Claims (2)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 縦方向に連続した棒状生地を中心として
その円周上に所定間隔をもって配設した同一形状からな
る所要数の成形切断部材を、円周方向から中心側に向け
て集合および円周方向に向けて拡開することにより棒状
生地の成形切断を行うようにした成形切断方法におい
て、前記各成形切断部材の基端部側に設けた移動枢軸部
およびスライド係合軸部を、所要の移動軌跡およびスラ
イド軌跡に沿って往復動することにより各成形切断部材
の集合および拡開動作を行い棒状生地の成形切断を行う
ようにしたことを特徴とする連続棒状生地の成形切断方
法。

て、前記成形切断部材を基端部側から先端部側にかけて
先細り状となすとともに棒状生地に接する面を凸状彎曲
接触面に、また背面側の逃げ面を凹状彎曲面に形成し、
さらに前記各成形切断部材の基端部側に取付けた移動枢
軸部を機体ベースに棒状生地を中心として円形状に往復
回動自在に設けた往復回動環体に、同じくまた基端部側
に取付けたスライド係合軸部を固定カム体の弧状カム部
に沿ってスライド自在に係合し、前記往復回動環体の往
復回動により前記各成形切断部材の移動枢軸部およびス
ライド係合軸部を往復動せしめて各成形切断部材の集合
および拡開動作を行うようにしたことを特徴とする連続
棒状生地の成形切断装置。
