れている。中間ギヤ33は枢支ピン37によつて
ケース27に枢着され、連結軸35は両端部がケ
ース27に軸方向に往復動可能に支持されてい
る。そして、前記開閉軸15と操作杆31の間の
各部材により動力伝達機構41が構成されてい
る。前記成形切断機本体30は、枠体38の右端
突起部38aがケース27の左端部に形成したコ
字状溝27aに着脱可能に嵌合支持され、ケース
27の左端部に螺挿した摘み付きねじ39によつ
て前記突起部38aがコ字状溝27aの下側壁に
押付けられている。枠体38の内周面上部には平
面正六角形状に開口38bが形成され、開口38

次に、以上のように構成された実施例の動作に
ついて説明する。図示しない押出機のノズルから
押出される丸棒状の食品材料42が所定速度で下
降し、食品材料42の下端が成形切断機本体30
の絞り片40が全開した状態でこれらの下端部に
到着する。この時、電動機6の駆動によつて、減
速機5、プーリ9a、タイミングベルト11、プ
ーリ9bを介して、主軸8が回転し、昇降用カム
10も回転しているので、昇降用カム10のカム
溝10aに係合しているカムフオロア14がカム
溝10aの形状に従つて下降し、昇降腕13を介
し、ばね12のばね力に抗して昇降台11が上昇

よつて他の絞り片40も移動し、これらによつて
形成される穴を全開から徐々に小さくすること
で、食品材料42を絞り片40下面の凹部40b
で絞つて成形し、成形切断機本体30が下降限に
達した時に絞り片40によつて形成されていた穴
が全閉し、食品材料42を切断し、成形切断され
た食品材料は搬出用コンベヤ上に落下し、このコ

形状が異なる開閉用型板を蝶ねじ23でブラケツ
ト22に締付ければよいので、簡単にできる。
なお、昇降台11の下降が食品材料42の下降
速度と同じ速度で行われ、上昇が急速に行われる
形状に、昇降用カム10のカム溝10aを形成し
ておく。
