Therefore, in order to deal with this, the present inventors developed a fourth method.
As shown in the figure, a front shutter 3 that can be opened and closed is equipped with a filter 1 equipped with a catalyst and a heater 2 for heating the filter 1.
After the oil dust is captured by the filter 1, the front shutter 3 is closed and the heater 2 is energized to heat it.
A method has been developed to decompose oil and discharge the decomposed waste gas using a small fan 5 to prevent the impeller 6 from becoming contaminated. In the figure, 7 is a filter frame, 8 is a motor, 9 is a support member, and 10 is a rear shutter. (For example, Japanese Patent Application No. 59-224445
(No. 101731)) Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the above-mentioned ventilation fan, in order to reliably release the decomposition waste gas and to reduce the capacity of the heater, the decomposition waste gas discharge fan is designed to discharge the decomposition waste gas to the minimum necessary level. However, it requires two motors, is expensive, and has a complicated control circuit.

In the above configuration, the motor 12 is started by a switch such as a pull cord (not shown) to rotate the large exhaust vane 13, and at the same time, the front shutter 17 and the rear shutter 18 are opened to start exhaust. In this state, air containing pollutants generated during cooking is exhausted to the outside to keep indoor air clean. At this time, oil dust contained in the exhaust gas is captured by the filter 16 to prevent the ventilation fan body from becoming dirty. The positional relationship between the large blade 13 and the shaft 22 in this state is as shown in FIG. Notch part 24 at the tip
The large blades 13 are rotated by the rotation of the motor 12 being transmitted thereto. The small blades 14 also rotate at the same time.

When the necessary exhaust air is finished, such as at the end of cooking, the rotation of the large exhaust blade 13 is stopped,
The front shutter 17 is closed and the heater 19 is energized to start heating. In this state, as shown in FIG. 1, the polarity of the electromagnet 20 is changed by switching a switch (not shown), and the large blade 13 is pulled in the direction of the motor 12, being in an attractive relationship with the permanent magnet 21. , the pin 23 and the notch 24 at the tip of the boss of the blade are disengaged, and the rotation of the motor 12 is not transmitted, and the large blade 13 stops, but the small blade 14 continues to rotate. The temperature required for heating is the temperature required to decompose the oil with a catalyst (usually 200 to 400
℃), and the oil trapped in the filter 16 is decomposed by the action of the added catalyst to generate waste gas. At this time, the small blade 14 for discharging decomposed waste gas continues to rotate, and the rear shutter 18 also remains open, so that the decomposed waste gas is discharged. A timer (not shown) is energized when the heater 19 starts to be energized, and when the time required for decomposing the oil (usually several minutes) has elapsed, the timer is deenergized and the heater 19 is no longer energized. Make sure to stop. At this time, the rotation of the motor 12 is also stopped, and the rear shutter 18 is also closed at the same time.

As described above, according to this embodiment, by combining an electromagnet whose poles can be switched and a permanent magnet, it is possible to stop only the large exhaust vane while the motor continues to rotate. It is possible to generate a large air volume when exhausting and a small air volume when discharging decomposed waste gas, making it inexpensive and easy to control.

In this example, only the large blade is movable by the action of a magnet, rotated and stopped when necessary, and the small blade is constantly rotated, but by providing a similar mechanism on the surface of the small blade. It is also possible to rotate only the large blade when exhausting, and only the small blade when exhausting decomposed exhaust gas.

In this embodiment, the rotational speed of the motor 12 is always constant, but when the amount of decomposed waste gas is small, the motor 12 is switched to speed control when the decomposed waste gas is discharged.
The number of revolutions of the heater 19 may be lowered within a range that does not cause any problems. In this case, the air volume will be reduced, the cooling effect of the heater will be reduced, and the heat generation temperature will increase. It can be lowered.

Further, in this embodiment, the heater 19 is attached to the front shutter 17, but the heater 19 may be attached to the filter frame 15 and the front shutter can be opened and closed. Furthermore, even if the front shutter is not used, there is no difference in its operation and effect.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the description of the embodiments above, the present invention uses a filter equipped with a catalyst to capture substances that contaminate ventilation fans, such as oil dust contained in exhaust gas, heats them with a heater to decompose them, and discharges them. In ventilation fans that
A large exhaust blade is installed on the indoor shaft of the motor.
A small blade for discharging decomposition waste gas is installed on the outdoor shaft, and by the action of a magnet, the two blades can be rotated at the same time or by freely selecting one of the blades. The motor allows the use of a large air volume for exhausting and a small air volume for exhausting decomposed waste gas, making it cheaper and easier to control. In addition, the amount of dirt on the ventilation fan is greatly reduced, which has the effect of eliminating the need for cleaning.
