【0001】[0001]
The present invention relates to a formwork for wall decoration of a concrete structure and a manufacturing method thereof.
【0002】[0002]
Conventionally, the following methods have been used to decorate the wall surface of concrete structures. (B) A method in which mortar or an adhesive is applied to concrete wall surfaces and then exterior materials such as iron stones and tiles are attached. (B) In order to give the concrete wall a natural appearance, it is a method of carving out the concrete wall using human or mechanical force. (C) A method of decorating a concrete wall surface using a formwork that takes a natural condition.
【0003】[0003]
These had the following drawbacks. (B) With the pasting method, there is a possibility that the exterior material may fall over the years and cause personal injury. In fact, it has occurred in various places in Japan in recent years. (B) In the method using human power or mechanical power, not only double construction is required, but also skilled workers are required, which is dangerous and uneconomical in terms of health and safety, and it takes time to complete. (C) With the method using the mold making form, it is possible to insert a pattern on the wall surface, but this is not natural and coloring cannot be done. The present invention has been made to eliminate these drawbacks.

[Effect] The decorative form according to the present invention may have any shape as long as it has a thickness as the decorative material (2), and natural stones, letters, numbers, etc. can be projected from the concrete wall surface and decorated. Become.
【0006】[0006]
Hereinafter, the decorative formwork according to the present invention will be described. The substrate (1) may be made of any fibrous material such as paper scraps, paper pulp, sawdust, etc. Mixing it with glue and adding water until it is moderately soft Pour into any mold. About half the thickness of the decorative material (2) is placed and embedded on the substrate (1) while still soft. The moisture in the substrate (1) evaporates and hardens with the passage of time. Since the substrate (1) has a required thickness, it also has strength, and the decorative material (2) is stabilized in the substrate (1) by the adhesive force of the adhesive. The wall decoration formwork produced in this way is attached to the formwork (3) at the time of placing concrete, and then the fresh concrete is gently placed. As a result, the decorative material (2) protruding from the substrate (1) is submerged in the concrete and integrated with the bank. Since fresh concrete contains water, the board (1) mixed with the glue absorbs the water and hardens. The board (1) will soften, but the concrete hardening time and the board Since there is a difference in the softening time of (1), there is no dispersal movement of the decorative material (2) in the concrete. After the concrete is hardened, if the formwork (3) is unframed, the substrate (1) absorbs water and softens, so that it is simultaneously peeled off from the concrete surface. If it does not peel well, it can be easily peeled off by sprinkling water on the substrate (1) or by using water pressure to blow it off. Then, the decorative material (2) embedded in the substrate (1) protrudes from the concrete wall surface, and the decorated wall surface appears.

The present invention is a decorative formwork manufactured by the above manufacturing method. By using the formwork, the following effects can be obtained. (B) The decorative material (2) is integrated with the concrete because it is used by being attached to the formwork (3) when pouring concrete. Therefore, the adhesive force between the decorative material (2) and the concrete becomes strong, and the safety against falling is improved. (B) Since it is possible to decorate the wall surface with a single construction, skilled workers and mechanical power are not required, which is not only economical but also the construction period can be significantly shortened. (C) The concrete wall surface to be decorated can be vertical, inclined or curved. (D) The planar shape of the substrate (1) is flexible, such as triangular, quadrangular, circular, and trapezoidal, and the embedding material (2) to be embedded is also selectable, so it is possible to freely decorate the wall surface. It is possible to easily create an aesthetic appearance in a concrete structure. (E) The substrate (1) can be glue or old newspaper, and can be easily manufactured. If river stones can be used as the decorative material (2) for river construction, etc. It is possible to make a frame. (F) The decorative formwork of the present invention can be manufactured in a factory, and a standardized decorative formwork can be provided at low cost. Moreover, new employment can be expected and it can contribute to the development of the industrial world.
