In view of the above points, the present invention seeks to provide a pedestal unit for manufacturing a scaffolding device that allows a scaffolding frame to be constructed and removed in a short period of time.
In other words, by simply assembling a pedestal unit in a factory or on-site, and incorporating and connecting scaffolding boards to it, it is possible to easily and easily provide a scaffolding device for construction that can be freely used vertically and horizontally, in other words, in height and horizontally. It provides a pillar unit.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention has improved the above problems by providing connection brackets at the upper and lower ends of a pillar unit for a construction scaffolding device. That is, the pillar unit for the architectural scaffolding device of the present invention has two pillar units arranged in parallel at a required interval.
The book pedestal is connected with a support rod for locking the end of the scaffold board, and a joint pin is protruded from one end of both the pedestal pillars, and the joint pin is inserted into the other end. A pedestal unit for an architectural scaffolding device in which a mating hole is provided and connecting brackets are fixed to the upper and lower ends of the pedestal, respectively, wherein the upper and lower connecting brackets are perpendicular to the length direction of the support rod. It is characterized in that it protrudes and is fixed to the sides in opposite directions, and that an insertion hole for a fulcrum shaft provided in the connecting bracket is bored at an outer position from the upper and lower end surfaces of the pillar. .

(Function) According to the present invention, a building frame is formed by stacking and joining a plurality of pedestal units vertically by utilizing the engagement between the joint pins and the engagement holes of the pedestals of each unit, and By arranging any number of such building frames horizontally and using support rods to connect scaffolding boards between the building frames, it is possible to construct the structure in multiple stages vertically and horizontally. A scaffolding device can be easily constructed by connecting the scaffolding devices, and the size of the scaffolding device can be made arbitrary by selecting the number of pillar units used for each building frame and the number of building frames.

In addition, in a pedestal unit that is joined to the top and bottom, by fixing the connecting bracket of the upper pedestal and the connecting bracket of the lower pedestal with the fulcrum shaft, a joint device can be created by fitting the joint pin and the engagement hole. Since the parts can be bent using the fulcrum shaft, the entire scaffolding device can be folded in a direction that reduces the vertical thickness, and it can be easily assembled even at a construction site, and the scaffolding device can be easily stored. In addition to being easy to transport, when constructing a scaffold, the scaffolding device is hoisted and extended via the horizontal frame for regulating the spacing at the upper end using appropriate lifting equipment such as a winch, and the braces are connected while extending the pillars in a straight line up and down. By doing so, you can complete the construction of the scaffolding device one by one.

The scaffolding device is constructed using the pedestal units 1 shown in Figs. 1 and 2, and a building frame 2 (as shown in Fig. 3) is constructed by connecting multiple pedestal units 1 up and down. The construction frames 2 are arranged in parallel at regular intervals in the lateral direction (four in Fig. 3), and the scaffolding boards 3 are sequentially erected and connected between these construction frames, and the braces 4 are stretched in this state. By sequentially connecting the parts, a three-dimensional construction scaffolding device shown in solid line in Figure 3 can be made, and a handrail frame 9 can be attached as necessary.

Further, the uppermost tier of each building frame 2 may be connected by a space regulating horizontal frame 5, or only a handrail frame 9 may be used, and the horizontal frame 5 may be omitted. Also, a jacking device 8 is attached to the lower end of each building frame 2 at the lowest level. This jacking device 8 is for installing the lower end of the scaffolding device on the ground in a horizontal state.
Reference numeral 5' denotes a horizontal rod for regulating spacing, which is connected to the building frame 1 so that it can be bent freely.

The joint device 7 is constructed as shown in FIGS. 5 to 7. That is, among the pillar units to be connected by the joint device 7, one pillar of the upper unit is connected.
0a, when the pillar of the lower unit is 10b,
Each pedestal is composed of a metal pipe having the same diameter, and a cylindrical joint pin 14 is fitted and fixed to the upper end of the lower pedestal 10b with its head projecting a predetermined amount.
A collar 22 is fitted over and integrated with the joint pin 14, and the collar 22 is joined to the upper end of the lower pillar 10b to position the joint pin 14.

In addition, a connecting bracket 16 is attached to the lower pillar 10b by sandwiching the lower part of the joint pin 14.
Correspondingly, a connecting bracket 17 is also fixed to the upper pillar 10a, and both brackets 16 and 17 are extended in the opposite direction, and the extended portions are overlapped so that the connecting bracket 17 is fixed to the upper pillar 10a. As a result, a joint device 7 is constructed in which both the pillars 10a and 10b can freely bend around the fulcrum shaft 23. The connecting brackets 16, 17 and the pillars 10a, 10b are integrally fixed to the pillars 10a, 10b by welding, rivets 24, 25, or the like. In this joint device 7, when both leg columns 10a and 10b are extended in a straight line as shown in Figs. 7th
As shown in FIG. 5, the upper and lower connecting brackets 16 and 17 are connected to the support rod 1 so that the engagement hole 15 can be detached from the joint pin 14 as shown in the figure.
The connecting bracket 1 is perpendicular to the length direction of the connecting bracket 1 and is fixed to the side in opposite directions.
Insertion holes for the fulcrum shafts 23 provided in the fulcrum shafts 6 and 17 are bored outward from the upper and lower end surfaces of the pillar 10.
Then, the positions of the fulcrum shaft 23 and the joint 26 of both the pillars 10a and 10b are shifted as shown in d of FIG. It's good to do that.

The fitting structure between the joint pin 14 and the upper pillar 10a is such that the fitting means 2 is connected so that the ends of the pillars are connected to each other.
7 is constructed, and both pillars 10a and 10b are fitted together with a joint pin 14 in a straight line extended state. In addition, at this time, the vertical load of the building frame from the upper pillar 10a side is mainly applied to the upper pillar 10a and the lower pillar 1.
The fulcrum shaft 23 is prevented from being damaged by hanging on the lower pillar 10b via the joint 26 with the fulcrum shaft 26. Note that the collar 22 provided on the pillar described above is not necessarily required, and it is sufficient that the upper and lower ends of the pillar 10 are joined to each other.

If the fulcrum shaft 23 of the joint device 7 is of a type that can be attached using a split pin, the upper and lower pillar units can be quickly connected to each other. However, although not shown, it may be a bolt/nut type, or the fulcrum shaft 23 may be covered with a collar to maintain a constant spacing between the connecting brackets.

However, the scaffolding device configured as above,
When not in use, that is, when storing or transporting, with the braces 4 and handrail rods 9 removed, each building frame 2 is folded into a zigzag shape using the pedestal unit 1 as a basic unit using the joint device 7. be able to. That is, the pedestal units 1 are sequentially connected in the vertical direction with their joint devices 7 facing in opposite directions, and these joint devices 7 are connected to the top and bottom pedestals 1.
Since 0 and 10 can be rotated and folded in only one direction, the pillar unit 1 is sequentially folded in a zigzag shape.
