Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a support work for supporting blocks such as bridge girders and large trusses when, for example, heavy objects such as bridge girders and large trusses are erected in bridge construction, various constructions, and civil engineering works.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, when installing a bridge girder on a bridge pier in bridge construction, transport the bridge girder block, which was manufactured in advance to an arbitrary size at the factory, to the construction site, and then receive this block on the support work while hanging it with a crane, After the block temporarily received on the support is joined to another block, it is installed on the pier. On the other hand, after the bridge girder is installed on the pier, the support work is dismantled or removed.
[0003]
Therefore, the work efficiency for assembling and dismantling the support work at the construction site is poor, and the cost is low in terms of work costs. Therefore, for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 7-8416 proposes a foldable support structure, which can be folded compactly during transportation, expanded into a cubic shape when used on site, without being assembled and disassembled one by one. Can be diverted at each site.
[0004]
As shown in FIG. 12 , the support disclosed in the above publication includes a pair of opposing fixed frames 81 , 81 and a pair of foldable reinforcing frames 82, 82 pivotally supported at the left and right ends of each fixed frame. And a floor plate pivotally attached to the inner middle of the fixed frames 81 and 81 so as to be rotatable.
[0005]
In this case, the reinforcing frame 82 includes a collapsible handrail column 84 pivotally mounted between the upper ends of the columns 83 constituting the fixed frame 81 , and a collapsible horizontal member 85 pivotally mounted between the columns 83 and 83. , the upper end and the intermediate pivoted the breath 86, 86 of the horizontal member 85 of the struts 83 and 83, the uprights 87 are bridged each intermediate handrail posts 84 and horizontal member 85, in the configuration, during use As shown in the figure, it expands in a cubic shape, but when not in use, for example, during transportation, the lower end of the brace 86 , 86 is removed from the horizontal member 85 and compressed by its own weight in the front-rear direction, the reinforcing frame 82 is folded. The whole is compact.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above conventional support works are indicated by arrows A and B in view of the fact that the reinforcing frame 82 has a folded structure and that there are only two breaths 86 above and no reinforcing material exists below the horizontal member 85. The load from the vertical direction and the horizontal direction shown in the figure is durable due to the presence of the fixed frame 81 , and there is no fear of deformation due to the strength. On the other hand, it is weak and may be deformed in the compression direction in some cases.
[0007]

By being folded between the support columns 4, the shape and volume of the entire support work can be suppressed sufficiently small. As a result, shipping, transportation and storage are facilitated, and the occupied space on the truck can be sufficiently reduced.
[0048]
On the other hand, when assembling this at the work site, the wire end of the crane is again locked to the mounting plate 5 of the flange plates 1c, 2c, 3c, 4c as described above, and lifted, as shown in FIGS. The telescopic braces 18 and 19 are extended to the maximum, and the floor members 37 and 39 are raised to be vertical.
[0049]
In this state, the pin 26 is inserted into each pin hole 24 of the large-diameter pipe portion A and the small-diameter pipe portion B so as to be key-locked, and further, the bracket hole 30 of the bracket 29 and the floor member support hole 47 of the connecting plate 42. By screwing the nut 49 through the bolt 48 (see FIG. 5), the support can be assembled quickly and easily.
[0050]
Further, in such a support work, in the standing state as described above, the stretchable braces 18 and 19 and the fixed braces 57 and 58 cross each other to support the front struts 1 and 2 and the rear struts 3 and 4, respectively. In spite of the simple structure, sufficient strength can be ensured over the entire length of the support, even with respect to load loads from the top, bottom, left and right and front and rear directions.
