内層の外側に、高強度繊維の繊維方向を軸長方向とした
肉厚の比較的厚いプリプレグシートを巻回することによ
り形成し、さらに、前記外層を、前記中間層の外側に、
高強度繊維の繊維方向を周方向とした肉厚の比較的薄い
プリプレグシートを、巻回終了端が一部重合するように
