人件費が嵩んでコスト高となるといつた問題点が
あつた。

計ることができる透過照明式表示製品の製造方法
を提供することを目的とするものである。

と、この剥離層131の片面に形成される透光性
着色層132と、この透光性着色層の片面に重合
形成されかつ透過照明式表示文字8を除いて重合
される遮光層合133と、この遮光層133の表
面及び前記の表示文字8の表面に塗布され接着層
134からなつており、かかる転写材13は、ロ
ール状に巻回されているベースフイルム12の片
面に一定間隔で形成されているものである。この
ように、ベースフイルム12に保持されている転
写材13をそのベースフイルム12と共に、上記
のようにキヤビテイ11内に位置せしめた後、双
方の金型の型閉めし、そこで該金型のキヤビテイ
11内に透明なる樹脂材料を圧入して透明成形部
材15を形成する。このようにして金型9,10
によるキヤビテイ11内に透明樹脂材料を充填し
て透明なる成形部材15を形成することにより、
その成形部材15の片面には、上記の転写材1
3、正確にベースフイルム12と一体の転写材1
3が、接着層134を介して一体に添着される
(第2図参照)。次いでベースフイルム12及び転
写材13と一体である成形部材15を離形した
後、第3図に示すように、そのベースフイルム1
2を剥離層131と共に、着色層132より剥離
すれば、第1図に示した透過照明式表示板1が得
られるものである。
