In order to alleviate the residual torque of the spun yarn due to the twist applied by ring spinning machines, etc., a large steam setter has traditionally been installed in the spinning hobbin steam set as a post-processing part of the spinning machine. Therefore, after loading a huge number of spinning bobbins into aluminum cases, loading multiple aluminum cases onto carts, storing multiple carts into a large steam setter, and processing each cycle for about 1 hour, There is a problem in that it requires a large-scale and discontinuous operation in which the processed bobbin is loaded into the winding machine in the subsequent process in the reverse operation compared to when it is stored.Furthermore, it causes quality problems such as damage to the spun yarn and uneven setting. Problems also occurred.

As mentioned above, in transitioning to a new layout of a spinning factory consisting of a spinning machine, a steam setter, and a winding machine, a small and high-performance steam setter that forms part of the line of spinning equipment will be used. Therefore, there is a need for a bobbin conveying method that can be smoothly connected to various types of spinning machines in the front process and winding machines in the back process.

On the other hand, in the middle of the conveyor line that transports the spinning bobbins manufactured in the spinning process to the winding process, multiple heat treatment tanks were connected in which the spinning bobbins can be transferred and heat-treated while being inserted into peg stands. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1983-1980 on heat treatment equipment for spinning bobbins
Invention No. 26739 has been made, but in this case, a heat treatment device such as a steam setter is included as part of a line consisting of a spinning machine, a steam setter, and a hoisting machine, including the specific connection details. It wasn't.

Therefore, the present inventors developed a steam setter,
The present invention was arrived at as a result of various studies focusing on the close connection to the spinning machine in the front process and the winding machine in the downstream process as part of the line-up of spinning equipment from the spinning machine to the winding machine. However, the bobbin transfer device or other multi-loading device known from the invention disclosed in JP-A No. 2-70676 will be used as appropriate for the connections between these devices, if necessary.

Next, each example will be explained as follows.
As shown in the plan view of FIG. 4 and the side view shown in the right half cross section of FIG. A plurality of thin vertical grooves 80A, for example, eight in this embodiment, are formed on the outer side surface of the bobbin tube support stage to prevent drainage from remaining in the tube of the bobbin B. In order to prevent drainage from accumulating on the upper surface of the disc, the upper surface 80B is sloped to make the tray 80 resistant to moisture and heat. In addition, 81 in the figure is a guide cover, and 82 is a belt.

Embodiment 3 in FIG. 3 adopts a peg → common tray system (shared with the hoist 70) for the hoist 70 that circulates low trays, and the tray that carries the bobbin B is not of the setter-only type. Instead, it is shared with the hoisting machine 70, and a tray drain cleaner 11 is provided on the exit side of the steam setter 60 to prevent moisture from being carried into the hoisting machine 70.

Next, in the second embodiment shown in FIG. 2, a tray->shared tray (shared with the spinning machine 50) system is adopted for the middle and upper yarn feeding winding machine 70, and a tray for carrying the bobbin B is used. is not a setter-only type,
It is shared with the spinning machine 50.

(Effects of the Invention) According to the bobbin conveying method between the spinning machine, the steam setter, and the winding machine of the present invention described above,
This has the effect of establishing a flexible bobbin transport system centered on the steam setter, which is placed in a line between various spinning machines and winding machines.

Conventionally, bobbins were transported between spinning machines, steam setters, and winding machines using transfer machines, so each transfer machine had to be made and installed between each, and the manufacturing process required. Not only is it expensive, but
The transfer process is divided at each transfer machine, which increases the transfer time. Moreover, there are many cases in which work is forced to be interrupted due to transfer malfunctions, which is inefficient, and it is difficult to carry out accurate transfers. The adjustment work was time consuming and troublesome, which was a problem.

Therefore, in the present invention, in order to solve the inconvenience and inefficiency of the conventional method, it is possible to solve such conventional drawbacks by using a common bobbin conveying tray as much as possible.

In other words, by using a common tray for bobbin transport as much as possible with the bobbin transport tray used in spinning machines, steam setters, and winding machines, bobbin transport can be carried out continuously in a short time and efficiently. Since no mounting device is used, or even if one is used, only one mounting device is used, so that space is not required and the overall length can be shortened.

Furthermore, since a transfer machine is not used, or if it is used, only one is used, the manufacturing cost is unnecessary or reduced, the transfer process is not divided, the transfer time is short, and there is no need to worry about the breakdown of the transfer machine. Since work interruptions can be eliminated or reduced, efficiency is high, and adjustment work for the transfer machine is not required, making it possible to transport bobbins efficiently and at low cost.

Furthermore, since a plurality of thin vertical grooves are provided on the outer side surface of the core of the bobbin conveying tray, it is possible to prevent drainage from accumulating in the tube of the bobbin. In addition, in the present invention, since a tray drain cleaner is further provided on the steam setter outlet side,
If there is a large amount of condensate adhering to the tray sent out from the steam setter, it may cause the conveyor belt to slip in the winding machine or spinning machine, or it may cause uneven dyeing or sagging of the weave at the weaving stage due to secondary wetting of the installed bobbin. It is possible to prevent the occurrence of problems that cause quality deterioration.
