Claims (2)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 送水管路に接続された既設弁を、該管路
を断水することなく取替える装置であって、着脱可能に
設けられ、既設弁を含む該弁付近の送水管路を上下から
挾持して水密的に覆う1対の上下部カバー体と、この上
部カバー体の上壁を水密的に貫通して上部カバー体内に
上下動可能に設けられ、取外した既設弁をその跡に取替
弁が配置可能な高さまで吊り上げる吊り上げ部材と、前
記下部カバー体内に既設弁が取外された跡へ移動可能に
収納された取替弁と、この取替弁を移動する駆動部材と
を具え、前記取替弁に伸縮可能な管継手と該管継手を伸
縮させる作動部材を設け、前記下部カバー体に排水弁を
設けたことを特徴とする既設弁の取替装置。
