[Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to an easy-to-open package in which a tear tape is welded to the surface of the package for sealingly storing contents such as sausages. [Prior Art] A cylindrical package containing, for example, sausage, cheese, etc., using a synthetic resin film, such as a vinylidene chloride resin film, is well known. This type of cylindrical packaging is produced by continuously forming a flat long strip-shaped film into a cylindrical shape using, for example, a device such as that shown in FIG. That is, by inverting the film strip in the folder section, bending it so that both side edges overlap to form a tube, welding the overlapping portions of the side edges to form a bag, and filling and sealing the inside with the contents, It is known for being able to continuously produce cylindrical packages. On the other hand, a drawback of this type of packaging is that the synthetic resin film and its sealing portion are strong, making it difficult to open the packaging by hand. Therefore, there are many proposals for imparting openability to this package (for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 50-5916, Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-8080).
Publication No. 62-36680, etc. ) The opening of this type of package is such that when the package is assembled, a separate tear tape is attached to the package in place. However, there are difficult problems in putting this into practical use. In other words, making the package easy to open means that the package will not break at the opening tape when exposed to various stresses during manufacturing, heat treatment of the package, and other processes such as transporting and bagging the package. It means that it is easy to do.
Therefore, the practical application of this type of package with a tear tape has not been easily realized and has been neglected. In view of the current situation, the present inventors have previously completed a package with an opening tape attached and a method for opening the package described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 63-317477. In short, this tear-opening tape is attached to a film near the sealed end of a cylindrical package by welding it in a direction perpendicular to the cylinder axis. One side of the line must overlap the side edge of the tape, and the other side of the seal line must remain within the width of the tape. Although the proposed tear tape had excellent performance and was expected to solve the above-mentioned difficulty in harmonization, another obstacle was encountered at the stage of mass production. That is, ``overlapping one side of the attachment weld seal line with the side edge of the tape'' is difficult to manufacture accurately. In other words, when supplying narrow width tear tape, the probability that a slight deviation in the supply of tape will cause one side of the seal line to protrude from the edge of the tape or to be too far inward is as follows: The problem is that it is expensive. In that sense, the present invention is
This is a technique created as an improved technology of the No. 3 publication. [Problem to be Solved by the Invention] When a package is opened and used, it is easily and reliably opened, but in the manufacturing process, post-processing, and post-processing process of the package, the opening tape is used. To provide a welded structure of a tear-opening tape that does not cause the bag to break from the beginning, and where the welded structure does not involve difficulties in processing accuracy and can be easily and reliably reproduced on a so-called industrial basis. The present invention aims to realize this by providing a welded structure of a tear tape. [Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a packaging body in which a narrow opening tape is welded to a predetermined position on a cylindrical packaging material that seals the contents. The welded part of the tear tape had a longitudinal dimension shorter than the entire length of the tear tape to be welded, and both ends of the welded part had an enlarged part that was more swollen than the middle part. The present invention is to adopt a package with a tear tape that is characterized by its shape. The contents of the present invention will be explained in detail below using drawings and the like.
1 and 2 are plan views of the structural concept showing the relationship between the shape of the tear tape according to the present invention and its welded portion, and FIG. This is an example of a package. In FIG. 4, the packaging body of the present invention is a packaging body 10 which is formed by forming a belt-shaped film into a cylinder shape with a welded seal line 11, storing the contents therein, and sealing both ends of the cylinder with sealing parts 13. A narrow opening tape 4 is attached to the film in the vicinity of the sealing part 13 by a opening tape welding part 1 in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the cylinder, with its terminal part 9 being a free end. In Figures 1 and 2, a tear tape welded part 1 whose (maximum) width is w 1 and a length m is a narrow tear tape 4 whose width is t and length is L. Since it is smaller in both width and length than , and is located almost in the center of the opening tape, the unwelded free end is a in the length direction and t in the width direction. A tear tape terminal portion 9 is formed at the corresponding location. The shape of this welded part 1 is such that its center part 2 has an approximately uniform width dimension.
It is formed with a width of w 3 , but it is characterized by a swollen expanded part 3 with a (maximum) width of w 1 at both ends and a dimension of w 2 in the longitudinal direction. There is. That is, the welded part 1 has the shape represented in FIGS. 1 and 2, and has a different shape from the conventional welded part shown in FIG. 3, for example. . The shape and dimensions of the welded part 1 of the present invention, namely w 1 , w 2 ,
It is effective and preferable for each dimension of w3 to have the following relationship. That is, the relationship is w 2 =0.5w 1 to 2w 1 w 3 =0.9w 1 w 3 >0.5mm w 1 <t. Specifically, for example, if the width t of the tear tape 4 is 6 mm and w 3 is 2 mm, then
w 1 is larger than 2.2mm. For example, w 1 to 3
If it is mm, then w 2 will be 1.5 mm to 6 mm. Further, as in the previous equation, w 1 is at least smaller than the width dimension of the tear tape 4, so that it does not protrude from the width edge. FIG. 5 is a conceptual cross-sectional view showing how the tear tape 4 is attached to the band-shaped film 7, which is a packaging material. In this welding operation, the band-shaped film 7 and the unsealing tape 4 are sandwiched between the fixed electrode 5 and the movable electrode 6, and heated and welded using a high frequency current flowing between the two electrodes. However, the difficulty in this case is that the strip-shaped film 7 running on both the electrodes 5 and 6 and the tear-opening tape located perpendicular to the long axis of the film 7
By completing the above-mentioned welding while moving at a speed synchronized with the running speed of the tape, precision in the feeding position of the narrow tape is particularly required. Also, abnormal current (spark) generated from the corner of the electrode end becomes a major problem.
The reason why the enlarged portions 3 at both ends of the welded portion 1 in the tear-opening tape 4 of the present invention are shaped like a gentle bulge without corners (for example, R, 3a in FIG. 2) is because
This is to prevent this spark phenomenon. [Function] The shape of the tear tape welded part 1 located almost in the center of the tear tape 4, and the role of the expanded parts 3 at both ends, are in the bag making process for making a package, and in the post-processing of the package. This is to prevent ``package breakage from the opening tape welding area'' that occurs at various points during the process, its alignment, packaging process, etc. Therefore, the larger the area of this enlarged part 3 is, the stronger it will be against the stress of bag breakage occurring in the above-mentioned processes, but if the area is too large, it will not be easy to open the package during practical use. Moreover, due to the above-mentioned relationship with the accuracy of the tear tape supply position, the enlarged portion is likely to protrude outside the side edge of the tear tape, resulting in a defect. In this sense, the shape and structure of the welded part 1 referred to in the present invention can withstand the stress of bag breakage that occurs during various manufacturing processes of bag making and packaging. The shape and dimensions were selected so that the packaging film could be easily torn off during the opening operation, and the shape and dimensions were also selected in consideration of position adjustment accuracy when attaching the tear tape. [Example] Vinylidene chloride resin film [Asahi Kasei Industries, Ltd.]
Long film strip, 0.04mm thick and 80mm wide]
AD Packer (Asahi Kasei Industries, Ltd.), which has a capacity of 150 packages per minute with a diameter of 22 mm and a length of 200 mm, contains approximately 75 gr of fish sausage per package.
Repeated reproduction experiments were conducted using an automatic continuous packaging machine (manufactured by Manufacturer Co., Ltd.). The tear tape 4 in this case is a vinylidene chloride resin film with an axis t of 8 mm, a length L of 46 mm, and a thickness of 0.07 mm. As shown, maximum width
w 1 is 4mm, length m is 28mm, width at the center w 3 is 2mm
The shape and dimensions of the enlarged length were used. The opening tape is attached during the running process of the film strip, that is, before the film strip is bent into a cylindrical shape.
The strip film was attached in a direction perpendicular to its long axis while it was running. The resulting packages were heat-treated in a retort pot at 120°C, then aligned while being transported by a conveyor device, and packed into bags.In this experiment, we investigated the incidence of bag breakage during the bag-making and packaging process, and the rate at which the packages were made. The rate of bag breakage in the subsequent post-processing process is shown separately. In this case, the comparison products include one in which only the shape of the welded part 1 is changed to the shape shown in FIG. An industrially reproduced product (Comparative Example 2) of the product of the present invention in Table 1 was added. The evaluation was carried out in the form of a sampling inspection of 10,000 packages from each population. The results are summarized in Table 1.

By having the above-described structure, the present invention does not cause the bag to break during the bag making and packaging process or the post-processing/handling process of the package, and yet when it is desired to open the bag, it can be easily opened by pinching it with your hands and tearing it forcefully. It is a package with a tear tape that can be opened. Although such a packaging body is highly desired in the industry, it has not yet been put into practical use in mass production. Therefore, the present invention is an excellent invention that will play a large role in the industry.
