(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, the present invention provides a label-attached side of a band-shaped mount having a label releasably attached to one side and feed holes on both sides. The conveyance path for conveying the strip-shaped mount substantially linearly in the length direction with the paper on the inside is composed of two conveyance means, front and rear, each equipped with a feed pawl, and the drive shafts of both conveyance means are each connected to a one-position clutch. When both clutches are in a transmission state, the distance between the feed pawls between the two conveyance means is an integral multiple of the feed pawl pitch of each conveyance means. Furthermore, the starting end of the conveying path of the lower side conveying means is configured to be able to tilt diagonally inward, and through the opening between the front and rear conveying means, which is widened by the tilting of the starting end of the conveying path, the outer retracted position and the inner side of the conveying path can be moved. A belt-shaped mount turn guide is provided that is movable between a label peeling action position and a label peeled from the belt-shaped mount that detours in a V-shape to the inside of the conveyance path by the belt-shaped mount turn guide in the action position. We propose a labeling device in which a conveyance path for an object to be labeled is disposed at a receiving position.

(Function) According to the above-mentioned label pasting device, when setting a strip mount in the device before starting the label pasting work, the strip mount turn guide is retracted to a retracted position on the outside of the conveyance path in advance, and the lower side transport With the starting end of the conveyance path of the means switched to a position where it becomes part of a linearly continuous conveyance path, the tip of the band-shaped mount is placed on the upper side of the conveyance means, and its feed claw and the feed hole of the band-shaped mount fit into each other. By setting the one-position clutch interposed in the drive system of both conveying means in such a state, the two conveying means can be moved by the feed claw between the two conveying means as described above. It is driven in such a state that the distance between the conveying means is an integral multiple of the pitch of the feeding claws of each conveying means. Therefore, the strip-shaped mount whose leading end is set on the upper conveyance means is transferred onto the lower conveyance means, and is conveyed to the lower side with the feed hole automatically engaged with the feed claw of the lower conveyance means. Ru. Thereafter, with both clutches released, the starting end of the conveying path of the lower conveying means is tilted inward to widen the opening between both conveying means, and the turn guide at the retracted position is operated through the opening. By moving it to this position, the band-shaped mount portion that straddles the opening part in the middle of the conveyance path is pushed into the inside of the conveyance path by the turn guide, and a V-shaped detour path is automatically formed.

Next, the method of setting the strip mount 2 on the strip mount transport path 7 will be explained.
The motor 34 shown in the figure rotates the drive shaft 28 90 degrees in the reverse direction, and the first movable arm 29 moves the turn guide 12 to the conveyance path 7 as shown in FIG.
At the same time, the second movable arm 30 and the interlocking link 3
1, the movable arm 21 in the lower side conveyance means 11 is moved upward to switch the conveyance path starting end 27 to a horizontal position. In such a state, as shown in FIG. 1, pull out the tip of the labeled strip mount 2 placed at a predetermined position, and transport the strip mount with the side with the label 3 affixed inside (lower side). The feed holes 2a on both left and right sides are fitted into the feed pawls 16a of the pair of right and left chains 16 with feed pawls in the upper conveyance means 10 of the path 7, and the holding guide 18 is lowered and set.

After this, the motor 49 shown in FIGS. 5 and 6
is activated, the electromagnetic clutches 52 and 53 are engaged, and the drive gear wheels 13 and 19 in both conveyance means 10 and 11 of the strip mount conveyance path 7 are rotated, and the respective chains 16 and 24 with feed claws are moved in the same direction. However, since both electromagnetic clutches 52 and 53 are one-position clutches as described above, the feed pawl 16a of the upper conveyance means 10 and the feed claw of the lower conveyance means 11 are rotated as shown in FIG. The distance L between the feed claw 24a and the feed claw 16 in both conveyance means 10 and 11 is
By adjusting so that both clutches 52 and 53 are switched to the transmission state when the pitch P of a and 24a is an integral multiple, the chain 16 with the feed pawl of the rotating upper conveying means 10 is When the belt-shaped mount 2 thus conveyed crosses the opening 9 and transfers onto the lower-side conveyance means 11, the feed hole 2a of the belt-shaped mount 2 automatically passes through the lower-side conveyance means 11.
It fits into the feed pawl 24a of the chain 24 in the process, and takes over the feed action of the lower conveyance means 11.

Next, after locking the drive shaft 19a of the lower conveyance means 11 with the electromagnetic brake 56, the motor 34 shown in FIG. At the same time, the turn guide 12 that had been retracted to the retracted position shown in the figure is lowered.
The transport path starting end 27 of the lower transport means 11 is tilted downward from the horizontal position. As a result, as shown in FIG. 4, the conveyance path starting end 27 of the lower side conveyance means 11 switches to an inclined position, and the turn guide 12 descends diagonally upward through the widened opening 9, thereby producing a label peeling effect. Switch to position. Therefore,
The strip-shaped mount 2 located above the opening 9 is pushed diagonally downward by the turn guide 12, and is transferred from the upper conveyance means 10 to the lower conveyance means 11 as shown in the figure.
At the part where it transfers, the band-shaped mount 2 detours diagonally downward in a V-shape. At this time, the strip mount 2 is pulled, but the chain 16 with the feed claw of the upper conveyance means 10 is free, and the lower conveyance means 11 is free.
The chain 24 with a feed pawl is connected to the electromagnetic brake 56.
Since the belt-shaped mount 2 set on the lower conveyance means 11 is not pulled toward the turn guide 12 and moved backward.

When the setting of the strip mount 2 is completed, the label 3 is next positioned. That is, by releasing the electromagnetic brake 56 and engaging only the electromagnetic clutch 53 to drive only the chain 24 with the feed pawl of the lower side conveyance means 11, the strip mount 2 is transferred to the side with the feed pawl of the lower side conveyance means 11. The chain 24 is used to convey the label 3 under tension, and when the tip of the first label 3 affixed to the band-shaped mount 2 reaches a predetermined position near the tip of the turn guide 12 as shown in FIG. 8, the electromagnetic clutch 53 is released, and the drive of the lower side conveyance means 11 is stopped. As mentioned above, when the leading edge of the leading label 3 reaches the predetermined position near the leading edge of the turn guide 12, as shown in FIG. The disposed photoelectric switch 70 for label detection, that is, the light beam passes through only the thin strip-shaped mount 2 and turns on, but the light rays do not pass through to the place where the label 3 and the strip-shaped mount 2 overlap. The transmission type photoelectric switch 70 is turned off because it does not transmit light.
It can be detected that the trailing edge of the leading label 3 has passed and the state has been switched from the off state to the on state.
The electromagnetic clutch 53 may be released based on this detection operation. Moreover, at this time, the electromagnetic brake 56 can be applied to lock the feed claw-equipped chain 24 of the lower conveyance means 11 if necessary.

Therefore, when this label pasting work is interrupted, the electromagnetic clutch 53 is released as necessary, and if the electromagnetic brake 56 is working, it is released, and the strip mount 2 is moved back and forth together with the conveyance means 10 and 11. to adjust the position of the label 3, or release the electromagnetic clutch 54, and release the electromagnetic brake 57 if it is working, and move the continuous postcard paper 4 back and forth with the chain 38 with a feed pawl, which is the conveying means. By moving it, the position of the postcard-equivalent area 4c can be adjusted. Furthermore, even when the continuous postcard paper 4 is moved back and forth together with the chain 38 with a feeding claw, which is a conveyance means, the postcard-equivalent area 4c in the middle of the continuous postcard paper 4 cannot be detected by the photoelectric switch 72. The front end position of the continuous postcard paper 4 can be detected by the detection signal of the postcard paper cue detection means 67 (photoelectric switch 69).

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the label pasting device of the present invention, there is no need to manually slide the band-shaped mount under the band-shaped mount turn guide for label peeling during the setting work of the band-shaped mount. Simply place the tip of the strip-shaped mount on the upper conveyance means.
The band-shaped mount is reliably transferred onto the starting end of the transport path of the lower-side transport means that is close to the end of the upper-side transport means, and the feed holes of the band-shaped mount are also connected to the feed claws of the lower-side transport means. They are automatically fitted together, and the strip-shaped mount can be reliably transported over the entire length of the transport path by both the front and rear transport means. After this, simply tilt the starting end of the conveyance path of the lower conveyance means inward to face the opening between both conveyance means, and move the turn guide inward from this opening to complete the setting of the strip-shaped mount. Therefore, compared to the conventional case where the strip mount must be set on the folded strip mount transport path,
To extremely simply and easily perform the setting work of a band-shaped mount with a label, which is performed prior to the work of pasting a label.
