Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1 止め具本体1と;スキー靴6,7を保持する
ための顎部と;最大開位置と閉位置との間で互い
に移動と調節が可能な2の側方翼部5,5と;前
記側方翼部の開閉を調節するための調節装置11
〜20とからなり、 前記止め具本体1と前記側方翼部5,5は、良
好な剛性と弾性を兼ね備えたプラスチツク材を鋳
造することにより、該翼部の弾性変形可能な区域
10を介して一体成形され、かつ、前記側方翼部
は、その変形可能な区域10を除き、該変形可能
な区域から前記止め具本体の後部へ向けて延在す
る間〓8により、 前記止め具本体1から離間することを特徴とす
るスキー用安全締め具。 2 前記止め具本体1と前記側方翼部5,5とで
形成される全体が、中間閉位置において、該側方
翼部と一体成形されることを特徴とする特許請求
の範囲第1項に記載の締め具。 3 前記止め具本体1と前記側方翼部5,5とで
形成される全体が、その最大開位置において、該
側方翼部と一体成形されることを特徴とする特許
請求の範囲第1項に記載の締め具。 4 前記調節装置11ないし20が、前記側方翼
部5,5の各々に設けられた孔11内に僅かな摩
擦で回転するよう嵌装した筒部材12の各々と一
体の2のナツト13とそれぞれ共働する送ピツチ
の2のビス14の担持体である横断方向の軸棒1
5を含み、前記軸棒の一端が、回転を誘起させ得
るよう前記止め具本体1の外側から接近可能な頭
部16を担持することを特徴とする特許請求の範
囲第1項ないし第3項のいずれか1に記載の締め
具。 5 前記軸棒15が、前記止め具本体1の中央部
分9あるいはそれと一体の部材18と共働する肩
部17,17によつて並進移動を阻止されること
を特徴とする特許請求の範囲第4項に記載の締め
具。 6 前記軸棒15が1の保持部材18により該止
め具本体1の中央部分9に固定されることを特徴
とする特許請求の範囲第4項または第5項に記載
の締め具。 7 前記調節装置11ないし20が、前記止め具
本体1の中央部分9に設けられた共通のネジ孔1
3と共働する各々のビス14の担持体である、横
断方向に同軸の2の軸棒15を含み、前記2の軸
棒の各々は前記側方翼部5,5の各々に設けられ
た孔11内に僅かな摩擦で回転するよう嵌装した
筒部材12を自由に横切るとともに、回転を誘起
し得るよう該止め具本体の外側から接近可能な頭
部16により終端することを特徴とする特許請求
の範囲第1項ないし第3項のいずれか1に記載の
締め具。 8 前記調節装置11ないし20が、前記止め具
本体1の中央部分9に設けられた共通のネジ孔1
3と共働する各々のビス14の担持体である、横
断方向に同軸の2の軸棒15を含み、前記2の軸
棒15の各々は前記側方翼部5の各々を自由に横
切るとともに、前記各側方翼部5の外側上に設け
られた球状座部200と共働する球状冠の頭部1
6で終端し、該頭部16は回転を誘起し得るよう
前記止め具本体1の外側から接近可能であること
を特徴とする特許請求の範囲第7項に記載の締め
