Prior art and its problems Immediately after extrusion molding, an aluminum product is placed on a conveying device such as a roller table from its front end, and is transported forward for subsequent processing. Therefore, immediately after extrusion, when the surface is still soft, it comes into contact with a roller table or the like, causing scratches or stains on the surface. As a result, not only does the product look unsightly, but when this product is used in a special device, the performance of the device may also be degraded.
For example, when an aluminum product is used while looking into the vacuum section of a vacuum device, if the surface that looks into the vacuum section has flaws or dirt, it may cause a decrease in the degree of vacuum inside the vacuum section. Become.

Therefore, conventionally, in order to prevent contact scratches or stains on the required surface of the aluminum product from contact with the conveyance device such as a roller table, the aluminum product and the required surface of the same product were floated so that they did not come into contact with the conveyance device during transportation. An aluminum profile consisting of a scratch/stain prevention member that supports the aluminum profile is integrally extruded from a single extrusion opening that includes portions corresponding to both components.
After extrusion molding, post-treatments such as cutting and heat treatment were performed, and then the scratch/stain-preventing member was separated. Then, in order to separate the scratch/stain prevention member from the aluminum product, a thin part is formed between the aluminum product and the scratch/stain prevention member during extrusion molding, and the prevention member is broken off at this thin part. They were separated by cutting or cutting. However,
In order to form a thin-walled portion during extrusion molding, it is necessary to complicate the shape of the extrusion opening of the die, which poses a problem in that the die manufacturing operation becomes difficult.
Moreover, the overall shape of the molded material extruded from one extrusion opening becomes complicated, making it difficult to manufacture the molded material. In addition, there is an upper limit to the properties of extrusion molding when reducing the thickness of the thin section.
It was not possible to easily remove the scratch/stain prevention member from the aluminum product.

In the above, it is preferable that the angle between the surfaces to be joined when the aluminum product and the scratch/stain prevention member come into contact is selected within the range of 3 to 10 degrees. The reason for this is that if the above angle is less than 3 degrees, there is a risk that there will not be enough force to bring the surfaces of the aluminum product and the scratch/stain prevention member into close contact with each other, and the bonding between the two will fail. This is because if the amount is exceeded, the two may repel each other and the bonding may not be successful.
In addition, the temperature of the surfaces to be joined to each other of the aluminum product and the scratch/stain prevention member immediately after extrusion molding is
The reason why we limited it to 490 to 550℃ is because if the above temperature is less than 490℃, the subsequent bonding between the two will not be successful.
This is because if the temperature exceeds 550°C, the bonding strength between the two is not so high that it becomes impossible to easily separate the two after bonding. Furthermore, it is preferable to perform the above operations in the atmosphere. If the process is carried out in the atmosphere, a slight oxide film will be formed on the joint surfaces of the aluminum product and the scratch/stain prevention member, which will reduce the bonding strength when joining the two, resulting in scratches and stains.
This is because the stain prevention member can be easily separated.

A method of manufacturing the above-mentioned shape material S2 is shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. In FIGS. 4 and 5, first, an aluminum product 3 and two scratch/stain prevention members 4 were extruded forward from separate extrusion openings using a billet made of A5052 alloy heated to 450°C. Immediately after extrusion from the extrusion opening, the temperature of the surfaces of the aluminum product 3 and the scratch/stain prevention member 4 to be joined to each other was about 520°C. Then, immediately after extrusion, these are moved forward so as to approach each other, and the surfaces to be joined to each other are kept in a high temperature state and brought into close contact.
The aluminum product 3 and the anti-scratch/stain member 4 were joined. The angle formed by the aluminum product 3 and the scratch/stain prevention member 4 at the part where they come into contact is 5.
I kept it as a degree. Thus, aluminum profile S 2
was manufactured. The bonding strength between the aluminum product 3 and the scratch/stain prevention member 4 was approximately 1 Kg/mm 2 . Then, when the manufactured aluminum profile S 2 was transported by a conveying device normally used to transport extruded profiles immediately after extrusion molding, the aluminum product 3 was damaged by the scratch/stain prevention member 4 during transport. The lower surface of the product 3 was supported in a floating state so as not to come into contact with the conveying device, and the lower surface of the product 3 did not have any scratches or stains. Thereafter, when both flaw/stain preventing members 4 were pulled to the left and right sides, the members 4 were easily separated from the aluminum product 3. Also, by folding the scratch/stain prevention member 4 to the left or right at the joint with the aluminum product 3, the member 4 was easily removed from the aluminum product 3.

Effects of the Invention According to the method of the present invention, the aluminum product and the scratch/stain prevention member are extruded from separate extrusion openings, and then the two are joined to each other.
Each extrusion opening does not have a complicated shape, making the die easier to manufacture. Moreover, the cross-sectional shape of the molded material extruded from one extrusion opening is the same as the cross-sectional shape of the molded material extruded from one extrusion opening that includes the aluminum product and the scratch/stain prevention member integrally formed through one extrusion opening. It has a simple shape compared to other shapes, and can be easily manufactured. In addition, the scratch/stain prevention member can prevent scratches or dirt from adhering to the required surfaces of the aluminum product during transportation, storage, and the like.
Furthermore, when the aluminum product and the scratch/stain-preventing member are brought into close contact with each other and bonded, the temperature of the surfaces of the two to be bonded to each other is 490° C. or higher, so that the bonding between the two is reliably performed. Moreover, since the temperature of the surface to be joined is below 550°C, the bonding strength between the aluminum product and the scratch/stain prevention member is reduced, and the scratch/stain prevention member can be easily separated when the aluminum product is used. be able to.
