とからヒーター線の熱が受けやすい所に位置させ
ることが望ましい。本発明はこれらのことを踏
え、雑音防止部品及び整流部品はモーター寄り
(風上)に置きヒーター線の熱から保護し、温度
過昇防止装置は吹出口寄りにヒーター線と対向す
るよう置いて、ヒーター線の熱を均一かつ正確に
受けやすくするものである。

前方側に十字基板外周にヒーター線を巻回して形
成した発熱装置を並べて配置し、発熱装置内に温
度過昇防止装置及び雑音防止部品、整流部品を搭
乗する部品搭載用基板を有するものであつて、上
記部品搭載用基板を送風方向に対して平行であつ
て、かつ上記十字状基板に対して該基板内の複数
の象限にまたがつて配するとともに、雑音防止部
品、整流部品をモーター寄りに位置させ、また温
度過昇防止装置を吹出口寄りに上記ヒーター線と
対向するよう位置させたので、予め雑音防止部
品、整流部品及び温度過昇防止装置を一括搭載さ
せた部品搭載用基板を、発熱装置内の所定個所に
組み付けるものである為、組み付け性に優れてい
るのはもちろんのこと、雑音防止部品及び整流部
品を十字状基板内におけるモーター寄りに配する
ことで、送風装置からの風で積極的に冷却され、
ヒーター線の熱から保護し部品を有効に活用でき
るとともに、異常取扱い時には、吹出口寄りにヒ
ーター線と対向して配された温度過昇防止装置が
敏感に反応してヒーターの発熱を停止させ、災害
をより確実に防止することができる。

に防止することができ、各象限からの熱風温度を
均等化することができる。

出口寄りに上記ヒーター線と対向するよう位置さ
せたことを特徴とするヘアードライヤー。
