Prior Art Conventionally, a syringe needle was attached to the tip of a syringe barrel, and after use, the needle was manually removed from the syringe barrel and discarded. C. Problems to be solved However, when removing a used injection needle, the needle often injures the hand. In this case, there is a risk that serious consequences may occur, especially when used on a patient with an infectious source. The risk is especially high when using needles in mass medical examinations or in large hospitals, where large amounts of needles are used. D. Means for solving the problem Therefore, in the present invention, when removing a used injection needle from a syringe barrel, it is possible to remove the injection needle without touching it, and further, the injection needle can be removed after removal. The purpose of this device is to allow the injection needle to be disposed of while housed in a container.A groove is provided at the top of the front panel of the casing for the insertion of a syringe needle, and an injection hole is formed at the top of the casing in communication with the groove. At the same time, a comb-shaped protrusion made of an elastic material to prevent the needle from flying out is protruded from the injection hole, and two front portions having a length to engage the needle in the groove and resist the pulling force are provided. It is characterized by a protruding portion extending forward. E. Examples The present invention will be explained in detail with reference to examples shown in the figures below. Reference numeral 1 designates a casing of the extractor main body, and a groove 2 having a width into which a syringe barrel tip 8 can be inserted is bored in the upper end of a front plate 3 thereof. The groove 2 is formed to be narrower in width than the diameter of the protrusion 10 at the rear end of the injection needle and wider than the distal end portion 8 of the syringe barrel, but it may also be formed in a tapered shape that is narrower from the top to the bottom. Furthermore, if the thickness of the front plate 3 around the groove 2 is gradually increased, the injection needles 9 can be gradually removed. Furthermore, other release devices can also be provided in the groove 2. The top plate 4 of the casing 1 corresponding to the plate 3
A charging hole 5 is provided in communication with the groove 2.
Reference numeral 6 denotes a covering body formed as a comb-shaped protrusion, in which thin rods made of an elastic material such as rubber, synthetic resin, or metal are planted in a comb-shaped protrusion from both ends of the input hole 5 toward the center. be. It is best to intertwine the thin rods alternately from both sides. Moreover, the covering body 6 can also be made to protrude only from one side. Furthermore, without using an elastic material, for example, a plate or the like can be made openable and closable by means of an elastic part such as a spring. Reference numeral 7 denotes a syringe barrel, into which a syringe needle 9 can be freely inserted and attached into its thinly formed distal end 8. 10 is a protrusion at the rear end of the injection needle, and 11 is the inside of the housing. Reference numerals 12 and 12 denote front projecting portions which are formed to project forward from the front plate body 3. This prevents the housing 1 from tilting when the injection needle 9 is removed. A recess 14 may be formed between the front projecting portion 12 and the front plate 13 provided therebetween. 1
Reference numeral 5 denotes a concave portion provided in the top plate 4, and by providing an inlet hole 5 in the concave portion, diffusion of contamination from the injection needle 9 can be kept within the concave area. Next, how to use it will be described. After using the injection needle 9 in the usual manner, the injection barrel 7 is brought to the housing 1 with the injection needle 9 still attached. The syringe barrel tip 8, which is the syringe needle insertion portion of the syringe barrel 7, is placed on top of the groove 2 of the plate 3. When the time comes, the injection needle 9
The injection needle rear end projection 10 is located inside the housing 1 . When the syringe barrel 7 is pressed downward, it passes through the comb-like protrusion 6 made of an elastic material while being pressed, and the tip 8 of the syringe barrel 7 with the syringe needle 9 inserted therein is inserted into the groove 2. When the injection needle 9 is lowered to a certain extent, the protrusion 10 at the rear end of the injection needle 9 engages directly with the groove 2 or with the groove 2 of the plate body 3 which gradually becomes narrower, and is held in that position. After that, the injection needle 9 is engaged with the groove 2 of the plate body 3 by pulling out the syringe barrel 7 toward the front, or by using a structure in which the circumference becomes thicker toward the bottom of the groove 2 or other structure. It is quickly removed from the syringe barrel 7, left inside the housing 1 , and dropped into the interior 11 of the housing through the insertion hole 5 and stored. At this time, the comb-like protrusion 6 is located above the injection needle 9 and serves as a protective fence, completely preventing the injection needle 9 from flying out of the storage container after being extracted. Also, injection needle 9
It is also possible to separately form a detacher and install it in a groove on the front surface of the casing, thereby making it possible to easily detach the injection needle without having to perform a detachment operation such as squeezing the injection needle through the groove. Furthermore, when the syringe barrel 7 is pressed into the groove 2 of the plate body 3 by the front projecting parts 12, 12, even when it is pulled further forward, the housing 1 does not tilt forward.
The needle is reliably removed. Further, even if blood, injection liquid, etc. drips when or after the needle is removed, it can be received by the recess 14. F. Functions and Effects of the Device According to the invention as described above, a groove for inserting the injection needle is provided in the upper part of the front plate of the housing, an injection hole is formed in the upper part of the housing in communication with the groove, and the injection hole is formed in the upper part of the housing. A comb-like protrusion made of an elastic material to prevent the needle from flying out protrudes from the hole, and two front protrusions having lengths to engage the needle in the groove and resist the pulling force are attached to the front. The syringe barrel is inserted into the groove with the syringe needle still attached, pressed and fixed, and then pulled out toward the front so that only the syringe needle falls into the container and is stored in the container. Moreover, the covering such as the comb-like protrusion provided on the top of the housing prevents the injection needle from flying out of the housing after removal, making it possible to remove the injection needle from the syringe barrel without touching the injection needle. Not only
It becomes possible to completely store the syringe needle in the container after removal. Therefore, the operator's safety can be ensured without injuring the operator's fingers or causing secondary infection by various pathogenic bacteria. Moreover, its structure is simple, and therefore it can be provided at low cost, and its method of use is simple and convenient in practice.
