DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to an apparatus for cultivating daikon radish, which is capable of sowing seeds of daikon radish, cultivating a certain amount at a time, and harvesting a predetermined amount.

〔従来の技術〕[Conventional technology]

As seen in Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-15086, conventional devices of this type have a large number of concave cultivation bases with bottoms formed in the main body of the device that cannot pass water, and a large number of seeds are sown in the cultivation bases. The structure was such that they could be grown while being watered.

However, since water remains at the base of the cultivation, it is difficult to adjust the water supply, and if the water supply is incorrectly adjusted, so-called rooting will occur, resulting in a defective product. This method has problems such as being unstable and difficult to remove, easily damaging the radish, and it is very difficult to clean the inside of the concave cultivation base.

〔問題点を解決するための手段〕[Means for solving problems]

The present invention solves such problems and enables reliable cultivation and easy collection of fixed amounts. To achieve this, the bottom of the box-shaped synthetic resin container, which is open at the top, is made flat. A large number of slits are cut in the vertical and horizontal directions so that the thin urethane sheet with a wide surface that can be placed on the bottom surface can be separated into small pieces by tearing. Germinated daikon radish seeds are placed on the sheet and a culture solution is supplied from above the periphery of the container for cultivation.

Therefore, if you sow germinated daikon radish seeds on the top of a sheet placed on the bottom of a container and supply a culture solution while exposing each container to sunlight or in the dark, the sheet will receive sufficient water. This means that the excess water can be effectively drained downward from the four corners of the bottom of the container. If you remove the entire sheet from the bottom of the container and tear it by hand along the slit, you can measure the amount of water. It is possible to tear off all the small pieces on which the Nokaiware radish has been planted, and a certain amount of Kaiware radish on each small piece can be collected for shipping.

Next, examples of the present invention will be described. Second
The figure shows a perspective view of a container, and the container B is formed of a synthetic resin material into a square box shape with an open top,
Small holes 2 passing through the top and bottom are formed in the four corners of the flat bottom surface 1, and the upper edges of the surrounding side wall plates are formed into a wide surface that extends outward, which is convenient when stacked. It is formed into a good strip-like flat surface, and cutouts 4 for ventilation are formed at the upper edges of the opposing left and right side plates, respectively.

FIG. 3 shows a perspective view of the entire sheet, and the sheet A is thin and made of urethane, and the bottom surface of the container B
The sheet A is formed into a planar rectangular shape narrower than the bottom surface 1 so as to leave the 4 peripheries of the sheet It is constructed by engraving it at slight intervals.

Therefore, the sheet A is impregnated with calcium and placed on the bottom surface 1 of the container B, leaving 4 circumferences, and on the top surface of the sheet A, as shown in FIG. Seeds C were sown in a certain amount, and the containers B were stacked in the same way as shown in Figure 6, and kept in a boiler room, which is a dark room, for two days.
During this period, water containing calcium is sprayed once a day from above the uppermost container B, so that the nutrient solution water temporarily accumulates in container B and the necessary water is supplied. The water will be absorbed by the sheet A, and the excess water will leak from the small holes 2 at the four corners into the container B below, and in the same way, water will be supplied one after another.
Radishes will grow if they are kept in well-drained conditions.

Water is drained from each of the small holes 2 at the four corners so that no roots are formed, and the roots are attached to the sheet A, making it possible to cultivate high-quality daikon radish.

The radish grown in this way is placed in container B.
If you want to remove the sheet A, as shown in Figure 7, by grasping one end of the sheet A with your hand and pulling it upward, you can tear off the entire sheet A, as shown in Figure 8. Thus, each piece a can be separated by tearing it along the slit 3, and a certain amount of daikon radish on each piece a can be sold.

In this way, the present invention makes it possible to cultivate high-quality daikon radish by placing the sheet on which germinated seeds are sown in a container containing only the necessary nutrient solution water and providing good ventilation. This allows for good drainage from each small hole to prevent roots from forming, and the entire sheet container can be easily removed by peeling it off from the bottom, and only the container remains, making it easy to clean. This means that each piece can be easily separated from the sheet taken out by tearing it along the slit, and a certain amount of daikon radish on each piece can be sold. It has the advantage of being suitable for implementation.
