Furthermore, in the prior art, the clamping body 10 that holds the instrument shaft 12 as a file is constituted by two clamping members 14 and 16, each of which is provided with through holes 26 and 28. The axes of the through holes are each laterally offset by the same distance with respect to the main axis of the instrument axis 12. To install the instrument shaft 12, align the axes of the through holes 26 and 28 and insert the instrument shaft 12, then screw the tightening member 14 to shift the axes of the through holes as shown in the second figure. Holds the machine shaft 12.

However, the above-mentioned conventional technology has a large number of parts, a complicated structure, and is complicated to manufacture. Also, it takes time to attach and detach files. Furthermore, the presence of a locking device and a tightening member for attaching the file creates a large blind spot, making it difficult to see the area to be treated by the file and making it difficult to perform the work.

Further, in the prior art, a through hole 3 is provided at the tip of the holder 1, and an inclined surface 4 is formed on the rear end side of the through hole 3, so that when the needle 9 is inserted into the through hole 3, the rear end is bent at the inclined surface 2 and attached to the holder 1 by the elastic restoring force of the needle itself.

However, this prior art has an extremely simple configuration that does not include any flow path for supplying fluid along the needle or any vibration generator. Furthermore, since the inclined surface 4 is formed by cutting off the side surface of the holder 1 by a certain depth, the inclined surface is exposed to the outside, making it impossible to supply fluid to the needle. Even if this exposed portion were to be compensated for with another member, since the holder 1 itself does not have a fluid passage hole, it would be difficult to actually perform dental treatment.
The cleaning liquid will be supplied using a separate tube or the like. This means that the holder 1 and the cleaning fluid supply tube must be inserted into the patient's oral cavity at the same time, which not only takes time and effort for treatment but also causes pain to the patient.

(Means for Achieving the Object) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has a vibration generator provided with a fluid passage hole, a file attachment part provided at the tip of the vibration generator, and a file attachment part provided at the tip of the vibration generator. The attachment part is provided with a file attachment hole that communicates with the passage hole, and is equipped with a file whose base end is inserted and attached to the file attachment hole and whose lower end protrudes from the file attachment part. It is made of an elastic material, and this file attachment part is provided with a bent part that is slightly bent in the shape of an "E" character. When the file is inserted into the file attachment hole, the bent part is formed. At this position, the outer surface of the file comes into elastic contact with the inner wall of the file attachment hole, and the two inner surfaces of the bent portion, on the opening side and the back side, are elastically contacted and supported, and between the inner wall of the file attachment hole and the outer periphery of the file. It is characterized by forming a continuous gap through which fluid can pass.

As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, a vibration type machining device 1 for dental treatment has a built-in vibration generator (not shown).
The threaded portion 3 of the file holder 2 is screwed into the tip of the file holder 2 . A fluid passage hole (not shown) through which fluids such as water and cleaning fluid can pass is formed inside the vibrating processing device 1 for dental treatment. A passage hole 4 is formed in the center of the file holder 2 and communicates with the above-described fluid passage hole. The file holder 2 forms a part of the vibration generator, and its tip is curved to form a file attachment part 5, which communicates with the passage hole 4 and has a slightly larger diameter file attachment hole 6 opened therein. be. The outer diameter of the file 7 is smaller than the inner diameter of the file attachment hole 6, so that when the base end of the file 7 is inserted into the file attachment hole 6, there is a continuous gap between the two that allows fluid such as water or cleaning liquid to pass through. It is set so that a gap 6a is formed. In this embodiment, the inner diameter of the mounting hole 6 is 0.9 mm, the outer diameter of the file 7 is 0.8 mm, and the distance 6a between the two is set to be 0.1 mm. At a position corresponding to approximately one-half of the length of the file attachment portion 5 into which the base end portion of the file 7 is inserted, a bent portion that is slightly bent in the shape of an “E” is formed. When the file 7 is inserted into the file attachment hole 6, the outer surface of the file 7 comes into elastic contact with the inner wall of the file attachment hole 6 at the position where the bent portion is formed, and further, the opening of the file attachment portion 5 closes around the bent portion. The inner surface of the file 7 comes into elastic contact with the inner wall of the file attachment hole 6 at two locations, one on the side and the other on the rear side. That is, the outer surface of the file 7 comes into elastic contact with one side of the inner surface of the attachment hole 6 at the bent portion of the file attachment portion 5 (FIG. 4), and furthermore, the inner surface of the file 7 on the opening side and the back side with the bent portion as a boundary is in elastic contact with the other side of the inner surface of the mounting hole 6 (Figs. 3 and 5), and the file 7 is in contact with the mounting hole 6 at one point at the bent part and on the opening side,
It makes elastic contact with two points on the back side, a total of three points, and is press-fitted and supported.

The moment 6a is continuously generated on the opposite side of the elastic contact portion (three points) between the inner surface of the file attachment hole 6 and the file 7. The fluid that has passed through the communication hole 4 is guided to the tip of the file 7 through the gap 6a.

The present invention has the above configuration, and fluids such as water and cleaning liquid pass through the passage hole of the vibration generator (not shown) and the passage hole 4 of the file holder 2, and then through the gap 6a between the file attachment hole 6 and the file 7. Reach the root of file 7. The fluid then flows along the file 7 and reaches the tip of the file 7 without fail. When cleaning and enlarging the root canal of a tooth, insert the file 7 into the root canal, activate the vibration generator, supply water, cleaning fluid, etc., insert the file 7 into the root canal, and clean and enlarge the root canal. (Effects) As described above, according to the vibration processing device for dental treatment of the present invention, the file can be installed simply by inserting it into the file installation hole that is bent in advance, and it is possible to install the file by simply inserting it into the file installation hole that is bent in advance. Since there is no need to provide a separate member, the attachment portion of the file can be made extremely small. Therefore, blind spots are reduced, making it easier to work, and treatment and processing can be performed accurately. Further, when removing the file, it is only necessary to pull the file out, making the work of attaching and detaching the file extremely easy. Further, the attachment strength of the file can be adjusted by adjusting the bending angle of the file attachment portion, and the attachment strength can be easily adjusted. When the file is inserted into the file attachment hole, the rear end comes into contact with the positioning part, so it can be securely installed in the specified position, and the dimensions up to the tip of the file can be made accurate, allowing the file to optimally resonate and vibrate. This allows for efficient cleaning and expansion of root canals. Furthermore, the file holder is provided with a file attachment hole having an inner diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the file, and the intermediate position thereof is simply bent, making manufacturing extremely easy. Fluid such as water passes from the passage hole to the space between the file attachment hole and the file, and this space is created so that it wraps around the outer peripheral surface of the base end of the file.
The fluid is transmitted to the tip of the file without diffusion and reliably reaches the treatment area.
