Field of the Invention The present invention relates to pine surge cosmetics such as pine surge cream that are applied to the skin through pine surge, and more particularly, to a pine surge cosmetic that causes remarkable changes in its elongation and slippage during application, thereby providing an indication of the completion of moderate pine surge. Regarding pine surge cosmetics that can give. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Various pine surge cosmetics have been used in the past, but none have been found that provide a guideline for the completion of appropriate pine surge. Therefore, it cannot be said that a sufficient pine surge effect is necessarily achieved. In addition, due to its performance, pine surge cosmetics have a high oil content, so O/
When W-type emulsification is performed, there is a problem in that oil separation and gelation tend to occur. The present inventor has conducted various studies in order to solve these problems in pine surge cosmetics. As a result, an O/W emulsion system containing carboxyvinyl polymer, specific polyethylene glycol, and a nonionic surfactant caused significant changes in its stretch and slippage when applied to the skin by pine surge. We found that it can be used as a guide for the completion of appropriate pine surge, and that it is very stable.
We have now completed the present invention. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The present invention comprises a carboxyvinyl polymer, a polyethylene glycol having an average molecular weight of 900 to 25,000, and
The present invention provides an O/W type emulsion type pine surge cosmetic, which is characterized by containing a nonionic surfactant having an HLB value of 13 or more. In general, the spread and slip of this type of cosmetic material changes by adjusting the melting point of the oil and phase inversion caused by water evaporation during application to the skin, but such changes in spread and slip occur in a relatively short period of time. , and the degree of change is small, so it is not suitable as a guideline for the degree of pine surge. However, in the cosmetic of the present invention, very noticeable changes in elongation and slippage occur during pine surge after application to the skin. This allows you to know when the pine surge is properly completed and to appropriately determine the end point of the pine surge. Moreover, the cosmetic composition of the present invention has extremely excellent storage stability. The carboxyvinyl polymer used is not particularly limited, and any known one may be used.
It may be appropriately neutralized with triethanolamine, potassium hydroxide, etc., which are commonly used in cosmetics. Depending on the degree of neutralization, the spreadability and slippage of the resulting cosmetic can be controlled. The carboxyvinyl polymer is generally included in an amount ranging from 0.05 to 1.0% by weight, preferably from 0.1 to 0.5% by weight, based on the total weight of the composition. If the amount is less than 0.05% by weight, the change in elongation will be small and difficult to detect, while if it exceeds 1.0% by weight, the feeling of use will be poor. Polyethylene glycol has an average molecular weight of 900~
25,000, preferably about 3,000 to 8,000. If the average molecular weight is outside this range, it will be difficult to accurately detect changes in elongation. Polyethylene glycol ranges from 2.0 to 2.0, based on the total amount of the composition.
20.0% by weight, preferably 3 to 12% by weight. If the blending amount is outside this range, emulsion stability will deteriorate. The nonionic surfactant used must have an HLB value of 13 or higher; if the HLB value is lower than 13,
The storage stability of the resulting cosmetic becomes poor. In particular, polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester, polyglycerin fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene glycerin fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, polyoxyethylene phytosterol, polyoxyethylene phytostanol,
Polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil, sucrose fatty acid ester, or a mixture thereof (the fatty acid that forms the ester has 8 to 20 carbon atoms, and the number of moles of ethylene oxide added is within the range that is normally available) is preferred. There was found. The nonionic surfactant is blended in an amount of 1.5 to 10% by weight based on the total amount of the composition. Outside this range, storage stability deteriorates. The pine surge cosmetic of the present invention basically has the form of an O/W type emulsion system such as a cream containing these ingredients, and if necessary, it may contain ingredients known as ingredients for this type of cosmetic. Oils and fats, higher alcohols, preservatives, fragrances, pigments, etc. can be added. The pine surge cosmetic composition of the present invention can be produced according to conventional emulsion cosmetic production techniques. For example, carboxyvinyl polymer is uniformly dispersed in purified water, heated gradually, polyethylene glycol and a nonionic surfactant are added, and other water-soluble components are added, mixed, and dissolved. It can be produced by adding an oily component that has been heated and dissolved in advance to this and emulsifying it. The pine surge cosmetic of the present invention has very good storage stability, and when applied to the skin by pine surge,
If you use pine surge for a period of time when the initial elongation and smoothness is achieved, it will suddenly become more elongated and slippery than before,
It indicates that a moderate amount of pine surge has been completed, and this allows us to know the end point of pine surge. Next, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to Examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Examples 1 to 4 Pine surge creams were manufactured according to the formulations shown in Table 1 below (numbers in Table 1 mean weight %). First, carboxyvinyl polymer is uniformly dispersed in purified water, and then polyethylene glycol
4000, added preservatives and nonionic surfactants,
It was heated and dissolved at 78-82°C. To this, in advance, 78
The mixture was heated at ~82° C., the dissolved oil component was added thereto, and mixed with stirring, and triethanolamine was further added and mixed. Then, while cooling, fragrance was added to obtain the desired pine surge cream.
