Abstract

PURPOSE:To keep a secret without shortening the fiber length of waste paper and to treat recovered waste paper having value as waste paper for regenerated paper without excessively increasing cost. CONSTITUTION:Corrugated grooves 2a are continuously formed to the outer peripheral surface of one roll among a pair of rolls 1, 2 over a 360 deg. range and the corrugated grooves 1a formed to the other roll in the same way are locally removed within the 360 deg. range and both rolls are arranged so as to be mutually meshed and the meshing gap between both rolls is made adjustable. Water adding devices consisting of spray nozzles 4, 6 and 6, 7 are provided before and behind the rolls 1, 2 to add water to both surfaces of the waste paper 3 passing between the pair of rolls 1, 2.

The cutting of used paper with a cutter such as a shredder has the following problems when the used paper is regarded as a recycled resource of paper. (1) Since the used paper is finely cut by the cutter, fibers constituting the paper are also cut, and when recycled into paper, the fiber length is shortened and the strength is reduced. (2) Waste paper finely cut by a shredder or the like becomes bulky and easily scattered. For this measure, compressed packaging is required. Further, since it is troublesome for this collection and bulky, the transportation cost is high. (3) In order to reduce the bulkiness, water is sprinkled on the waste paper, or a method of making a lot of holes in the document to add water is used. In this case, it is not only difficult to evenly add water, but especially In the case of punching with a press, the compressed surface is hardened, so that the water absorption is extremely poor. The present invention crushes waste paper into a state of easily absorbing water without cutting it with a cutter such as a shredder, and by adding water at the same time as crushing, an efficient and uniform hydrated state is produced, and by further not cutting the fibers, It is intended to provide a water-rolling mechanism capable of treating waste paper which is effective for recycled paper without shortening the fiber length.

Therefore, according to the present invention, one of a pair of rolls is formed with a corrugated groove continuously on the outer peripheral surface of the roll by 360 °, and the other roll is similarly formed. The groove of the formed corrugated groove is provided with a locally removed portion of 360 °, or both rollers are provided with a locally removed portion, and both rollers are arranged so as to mesh with each other.
It is possible to adjust the meshing gap, and to add a watering device before and after the same roll to add water to the sheet passing between the same pair of rolls, which is a means for solving the problem. is there.

The corrugated grooves arranged so as to mesh with each other are formed on the outer peripheral surfaces of the pair of rolls, and the corrugated grooves formed on one or both of the rolls are locally removed from the circumference. As the waste paper roll is fed between the rolls, and as the waste paper is sandwiched and caught between the rolls, the waste paper is stretched in the direction perpendicular to the feed direction along the corrugated groove on the outer peripheral surface and crushed. To be done. On the other hand, the waste paper is not crushed in the portion where the corrugated grooves are removed from the outer peripheral surface of the roll.

Next, when reaching the center point of the meshing of the rolls, the waste paper is squeezed by the pressing force of the rolls, and the bulkiness is reduced and the waste paper is densified. Further, when passing the center of the meshing point of the rolls, the restoring force at the uncrushed part of the waste paper causes a gap between the layers of the crushed part, which makes it easier to absorb water. .. Here, the plurality of spray nozzles provided before and after the roll continuously water-fill the used paper to make it water. In addition, the waste paper that has passed through the center of the roll has a portion that is not crushed in the feeding direction, and thus is not scattered by water injection.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 5 is a side sectional view of a recovered waste paper processing machine using a water roll mechanism showing an embodiment of the present invention. The used paper 3 collected in FIG. 5 is put in a used paper collection box 10 and supplied to a used paper processing machine. That is, the used paper 3 is taken out from the used paper collection box 10, placed on the belt conveyor 12, stacked by the belt conveyor 12, and conveyed in the form of a strip 13 to be fed to the water-adding roll mechanism. Then, before being fed to the pair of water rolls, water is applied to both sides of the waste paper by the water supply pump 23 and the spray nozzles 4 and 5 for the purpose of reducing the bulkiness and increasing the density of the strip waste paper. The lower roll of the pair of water adding rolls is supported by the frame 17 by a rotary bearing, and the upper roll is supported by a rotary bearing on an arm 19 which is supported by the frame 17 by a pivot 18. The gap between the pair of water-adding rolls can be adjusted with a screw 21, and the pressing force between the pair of water-adding rolls is set by a spring 20. With these, the pair of water rolls constitutes a mechanism for adjusting and pressurizing the meshing gap.

Next, the action of the water-wound roll mechanism on the band-shaped waste paper will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. The band-shaped waste paper 3 has a corrugated groove 2a formed on its outer peripheral surface as shown in FIG.
And a corrugated groove 1a is formed on the outer peripheral surface, and the roll 1 in which the groove 1a is locally removed is fed between the rolls arranged so as to mesh with each other, and is sandwiched on the line aa in FIG. Be done. As the feeding progresses, the used paper 3 is bitten along the corrugated grooves 1a and 2a on the outer peripheral surface, and then is stretched and broken in a direction perpendicular to the feeding direction of the used paper as shown in FIG. The crushing opening 3a shown in 4 is generated. On the other hand, the portion of the waste paper 3 that is brought into contact with the portion 1b from which the corrugated groove is removed on the outer peripheral surface and is bitten is not crushed as shown in FIG.
Remains as. Further, at the center point of meshing of the rolls, the waste paper is squeezed and densified by the effect of the pressing force of the roll and the addition of water. Although the corrugated groove 2a of the roll 2 has no groove-removed portion, the roll 2 may have the same portion.

Further, the waste paper that has passed the center point of the meshing of the rolls has a gap between the layers of the waste paper due to the restoring force of the uncrushed portion 3b and the base of the crushing opening 3a, and sprays from this portion. The nozzles 6 and 7 promote the absorption of water applied to both sides of the waste paper, and a uniform water addition state is obtained. Further, the waste paper that has passed through the center point of the roll has a strip-like shape in which the uncrushed portion remains, so that not only scattering due to water injection does not occur but it is smoothly passed to the belt conveyor 26 shown in FIG. Squeeze roll 2
It is sent to 7,28. In the crushing and pressing roll, the waste paper is torn and crushed and pressed, and a part of the water is squeezed and received by the water van 22, and a part of the spray water of the spray nozzles 4, 5 and 6, 7 is supplied by the water supply pump. Used as a circulation. Crushed and crushed waste paper 24
Are collected and collected in the container 25. Further, as a method for facilitating the recovery, there is also a method in which the waste paper block 24 is compression-molded by a molding machine 29 shown in FIG.

[Effects of the Invention] At present, the recovery of resources is an important issue in terms of global environmental protection. Among them, the recovery of waste paper discharged from offices and the like is important for resource recycling. The current increase in paper waste is exceeding its processing capacity. Since the present invention is configured as described above, the recovered waste paper is subjected to crushing, water absorption, and squeezing action, so that the effect of keeping documents confidential can be achieved.
Since there is no cutting with a cutter or the like, the fiber length does not become short, and the value as a recycled resource can be maintained.
