もあった。本発明は前述のような問題を解決し、流し込
み材の混合、混練及び排出を短時間に行え、かつ人手も
かからない流し込み材施工前処理用のサイクロン型ミキ
サーを提供するためになされたものである。

できる。以下に本発明の作用を順を追って説明する。 流し込み材の粉末は、空気輸送され、サイクロン型ミ
キサーの近傍に配設されたウォーターリングから噴射さ
れた水によって加水される。 加水された流し込み材は、サイクロン型ミキサー内部
で、スパイラル衝突部材により乱流をおこし、搬送空気
と加水された流し込み材とに分離される。 加水された流し込み材は、粉末のチクソトロピー効果
を利用するために、振動を与えられて混合及び混練さ
れ、さらにサイクロン型ミキサーの内壁面に流し込み材
が付着せずに、迅速に排出される。 搬送空気は撥水性バグフィルターなどの空気清浄装置
によって清浄化され外に排出される。 なお、スパイラル衝突部材の一例を図2に示した。図2
(a)は該衝突部材が垂直でストレートな場合で、図2
(b)は傾斜している場合であり、逆円錐状本体の形
状、流し込み材の性状などの条件に応じてθを0<θ<
90の間で変更する。スパイラル衝突部材の断面形状は
図2では三角形としたが、各種条件に応じて適切な形状
を選択できる。さらにスパイラル衝突部材の長さも逆円
錐状本体の形状、流し込み材の性状などに応じて適切な

ーム先端に本発明に係るサイクロン型ミキサーを取り付
け、かつ棒状バイブレーターを併設して施工した結果、
迅速な施工と、高品質な施工体を得た。従来の工法で
は、原料供給者1名、原料運搬者2名、ミキサー操作兼
運搬者3名、施工指示者1名、計7名必要であったが、
本発明に係るサイクロン型ミキサーを使用して施工した
場合、原料供給者1名、原料運搬操作者1名、ミキサー
移動運搬者1名、施工指示者1名、計4名で施工でき、
3名の省力となった。
