However, the construction method requires a long construction period. In factories, etc., it is desirable to use old machinery and equipment as economically as possible. Therefore, there has been a demand for the development of a build-and-scrap construction method in which a new building is constructed surrounding the existing building, and then the existing building is demolished and removed.

The gist of this invention is to construct foundations on both sides of an existing building, install moving rails on the foundations, set up an assembly workshop near the existing building, and construct a roof and external walls of a predetermined length in the workshop. After completing the finishing construction of the unit multi-story building, the unit multi-story building is then moved along the moving rail to the required position surrounding the existing building, and the same process is repeated one after another to connect each unit multi-story building and move the unit multi-story building to the desired position surrounding the existing building. This construction and demolition method involves constructing a new building based on a foundation with rails installed, then demolishing and removing the existing building surrounded by the new building, and finally constructing a new floor for the new building.

First, a foundation is created by installing foundation piles 1 at required intervals on both sides of the existing building A, or by constructing an underground continuous wall and installing an underground beam 2 at the top thereof. A moving rail 3 is installed on the foundation. Note that the moving rails 3 are provided in parallel if necessary.
In addition, an assembly workshop 4 for assembling and moving unit buildings will be provided near the existing building A. Next, in the assembly workshop 4, pillars 5 are erected, beams 6 are attached to the pillars 5, and the roof, exterior walls, etc. are finished to complete unit multi-story building B of a predetermined length, and then unit multi-story building B is lifted up with jacks. , wheels are provided on the column bases of the unit multi-story building B, and the wheels are placed on the moving rails 3, moved along the rails 3 to a predetermined position surrounding the existing building, and the same process is repeated in sequence, Each unit multi-story building B
The new building is completed by directly connecting the columns and fixing each column and base, and then the existing building A surrounded by the new building is removed.

最後に新設建物の床を新設する。 Finally, a new floor will be installed in the new building.

In this invention, a new multi-story building having the above-mentioned structure and having finished roofs and outer walls is transported and constructed so as to surround an existing building, so it can be constructed while using the existing building. The foundation rows on both sides of the existing building can then serve as rail supports and building supports. In addition, since it is moved for each unit multi-story building, the moving work is easier due to the reduction in weight.

Existing buildings can be demolished and removed without being affected by the weather while being protected by a new multi-story building. Finally, the floor can be constructed within the building, and the second or higher floors of a newly built multi-story building can be used immediately before demolishing or removing the existing building, and it is also easy to relocate equipment inside the building.
