げられる。上記水分散型粘着剤としては、例えばアクリ
ル酸エステルコポリマーを主成分とするもの等が挙げら

２〜２０μmであってよい。裏面上への粘着剤と離型剤
の被覆パターンは特に限定されないが、例えば図１に示
すように格子状パターンが粘着強度の点から好ましい。
格子の大きさは特に限定されないが、塗装作業性及び粘
着強度の観点から、一片が５〜１０mmのものが好まし
い。粘着剤及び離型剤のシート裏面への被覆法は通常の
方法、例えばフレキソ印刷、グラビア印刷、シルクスク

【実施例】以下、本発明を実施例で更に具体的に説明す
る。実施例１ エチレン３０wt％及び酢酸ビニル７０wt％のエチレン−

とし、又ＳＤ７３３５[東レ・ダウコーニング・シリコー
ン(株)製]を離型剤として、これらを図１及び２に示す
ように互いに一辺の長さ５mmの格子状パターンとなるよ
うに層厚８μmにて紙製シート(１)(シートの厚み８０μ
m)の裏面上にグラビア印刷し乾燥して、粘着シート(４)
を得た。このようにして得られた粘着シート(４)の２枚
を、図１及び２に示すように互いに粘着剤被覆部(１)が
重なり合わないように圧着し、ダブル粘着シートを得
