2. Description of the Related Art A sealed bag made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin film or a laminated sheet in which the film is laminated with paper, aluminum or the like has various types because of its simplicity because the sealing portion of the sealed bag can be formed by heat welding. It is used to enclose foods, medicines, seasonings, etc. In order to make it easy to open when taking out the inner filler in this sealed bag,
It is commonly used to form an I-notch or V-notch on one part of the heat-sealed portion of a sealed bag and use this as a trigger for opening the sealed bag. Sealing with this I-notch or V-notch The bag has drawbacks such as generation of notch scraps in the manufacturing process, and if the position of the notch is displaced, the hermeticity of the hermetic bag is impaired. Therefore, as a method of eliminating the above-mentioned drawbacks caused by the I-notch and the V-notch, an easily tearable bag is formed by forming an elongated tear groove substantially perpendicular to the edge of the heat-sealed portion forming the edge of the sealed bag. A closed bag having characteristics has been proposed (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 61-142159).

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION A hermetically sealed bag having an elongated tear groove formed substantially at a right angle to the edge of the heat-sealed portion forming the edge of the hermetically sealed bag is provided when the hermetically sealed bag is opened. Breaking is limited to a direction substantially perpendicular to the edge of the closed bag. Therefore, when the direction of the packaging material used for the closed bag and the direction of breakage at the time of opening the closed bag can be easily opened, the length direction of the heat-sealed portion of the closed bag, That is,
Since it is impossible to break in the direction along the edge of the sealed bag,
It has the complexity that the direction of the strength of the packaging material and the direction of the elongated tear groove must be aligned. In addition, the wound material of the packaging material before being secondarily processed into the closed bag does not have an organized winding shape due to burrs due to the elongated tear grooves formed on the packaging material, and is likely to collapse. It also has the drawback. On the other hand, the present invention provides a sealed bag in which the easy-open position is not limited to a predetermined specific position, and the strength direction of the packaging material and the running direction of the tear groove are matched. (EN) Provided is a packaging laminated sheet which is unnecessary and has no problem of burrs due to a tear groove, and a manufacturing method thereof.

A large number of tear groove groups formed on the support substrate made of the thermoplastic resin film are, for example, U-shaped, + -shaped, -shaped, V-shaped, l-shaped, and the like. These may be inverted or overturned shapes, and the shape of a single laceration groove may not necessarily be the same, and laceration grooves of two or more types may be mixed. .. These numerous tear groove groups are formed so as to penetrate from the front surface to the back surface of the supporting substrate.

A large number of tear groove groups in a supporting substrate made of a thermoplastic resin film can be easily formed by using a tool in which a saw-toothed cutter is combined with the circumferential surface of a metal roll or the flat surface of a metal plate. Formed in. It should be noted that this processing machine may be installed together with a printing machine for makeup processing on a supporting base material made of a thermoplastic resin film, or a large number of tear grooves may be formed at predetermined locations on the supporting base material made of a thermoplastic resin film. After forming a brittle region consisting of a group, an extrusion extrusion coater when laminating an extruded resin layer of a thermoplastic resin on the supporting base material, or when attaching a thermoplastic resin film to the supporting base material It may be attached to the laminator of.

The formation region of a large number of tear groove groups formed on a supporting base material made of a thermoplastic resin film is different depending on the entire material and thickness of the packaging laminated sheet, but generally, When a three-way sealed bag with a rectangular laminated packaging sheet is formed, the folding line of the laminated packaging sheet is formed in a fragile region composed of band-shaped tear grooves. Is preferred. However, the formation region of a large number of laceration groove groups formed on the support base material is not necessarily limited to the band-like region, and may be formed at any position when formed into a closed bag, for example, a circle or a rectangle. , May be formed so as to form a spot-shaped region such as a prism. When a fragile area, which is a formation area of a laceration groove group, is formed so as to form a spot-shaped area such as a circle, a rectangle, or a square, it may be used as a trigger for opening the hermetically sealed bag by the laminated sheet for packaging. The vulnerable area is utilized and the sealing bag is opened by applying a little fingertip force to this fragile area.

The plurality of laceration grooves are preferably formed in a checkerboard pattern rather than the laceration grooves being arranged in parallel. Further, in the case where a large number of laceration grooves formed in the supporting base material are U-shaped, for example, in [FIG. 2], A ... 0.3 to 2 mm,
B ... 0.1-1 mm, C ... 0.6-4 mm, D ...
It is preferable to form it to about 1.2 to 3 mm.

The laminated sheet for packaging of the present invention having the above-mentioned constitution is usually cut into a substantially rectangular shape and molded into a hermetically sealed bag. By locating the easily openable region by the fragile region composed of a large number of tear groove groups, the vulnerable region is used as a trigger for opening the sealed bag. Therefore, the sealed bag obtained by using the packaging laminated sheet of the present invention,
By applying a small force to the fingertip, the fragile region of the supporting base material in the packaging laminated sheet is used as a trigger to form an easily openable closed bag.

Further, in the laminated sheet for packaging of the present invention, the deterioration of the barrier property due to the tear groove group relating to the easy-opening property of the closed bag by the laminated sheet is completely compensated by the pressure lamination of the thermoplastic resin layer. Therefore, the storage performance of the internal filler does not deteriorate due to the tear groove group, and
The formation region of the tear groove group is not limited.

Further, the packaging laminated sheet of the present invention has a supporting base material made of a thermoplastic resin film within a predetermined range.
Since the extruded resin layer of the thermoplastic resin is laminated on the supporting base material after forming the fragile region composed of a large number of laceration groove groups, burrs are generated due to the formation of the large number of laceration grooves. To flatten when forming the thermoplastic resin layer that is pressed and laminated on the roll, when winding a long packaging laminated sheet, winding collapse caused by numerous U-shaped or + -shaped tear grooves It is possible to obtain a well-ordered roll with no winding.

When the obtained hermetically sealed bag 11 was opened along the fold lines other than the three-sided seal portion of the hermetically sealed bag, the breaking step along the fold line was remarkably achieved by applying a slight force to the fingertip. It was easy to do. Also,
In the hermetically sealed bag 11, the deterioration of the barrier property due to the tear groove group 4 relating to the easy-opening property is completely compensated by the presence of the extruded resin layer 5 of the low-density polyethylene resin, and the storage performance of the filling material is the tear groove. It does not decrease with the four groups, and a good action is exhibited in storage performance.
