Such a structure of the pipe take-out part of the panel exists, for example, at the lower end of the side wall of the sub-side wall located between the furnace and the rear heat transfer section. A plurality of L-shaped tubes 4 are provided, each having a vertical portion 1, a bent portion 2, and a horizontal portion 3 guided to a header etc., which extend vertically with a width approximately equal to the outer diameter of the tube 4, and A fin 6 is provided in which a plurality of curved notches 5 are formed in the width direction, the lower end of which matches the bent portion 2 of the tube 4, and each notch 5 of the fin 6 is provided with a vertical portion 1 and a bent portion 2 of the tube 4. It was formed by fitting the fins 6 and welding the tube 4 together.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] However, the structure of the tube take-out part of the conventional boiler panel described above has the following drawbacks because the L-shaped tube 4 is directly welded to the fin 6. It was hot.

Moreover, there is a tube 4 in the curved part to be welded.
Edge part a is not welded because there is an edge part a on the lower end of the surface on the horizontal part 3 side that cannot be welded, or even if welded, a cavity is formed inside and the welded part easily peels off. Since the welding part was left on the opposite side and only the opposite side was welded, the strength of this part was extremely low, thermal stress was likely to concentrate, and cracks were likely to occur in the welded part on the opposite side of edge part a. Therefore, the welded portion on the opposite side of edge portion a had to be repeatedly welded for repair.

In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, it is an object of the present invention to provide a tube outlet structure for a boiler panel that does not require troublesome welding and has high strength.
