線具としてタツプを成形する側ではタツプの栓刃
受けに保持枠側の栓刃状の突起を挿入して保持枠
に保持し、保持枠を第1の成形機に供給して、保
持枠にセツトされているコードの一端側にプラグ
乃至タツプの一方の配線具の成形を行い、引き続
き第2の成形機に保持枠を供給して、保持枠のセ
ツトされているコードの他端側にプラグ乃至タツ
プの他方の配線具を成形することに特徴を有して
いる。 [作用] 本発明によれば、最初にコードの両端を保持す
る保持枠にセツトしたままで、第1の成形機及び
第2の成形機に連続して供給するために、途中に
移し替えを必要としないものである。 [実施例] 以下本発明の一実施例を図示の装置に基づいて
詳述すると、第1図は本発明において用いる第1
の成形機3aと第2の成形機3bとを示すもので
あつて、隣接して配設された両成形機3a,3b
間には、この両者の成形部30,30間をつなぐ
連結レール34が設けられているとともに、第2
の成形機3bの取り出し部32と第1の成形機3
aの供給部31とをつなぐ返送路35が設けられ
ている。 そして、供給部31においてコード31がセツ
トされた後、第1の成形機3aの成形部30を経
て連結レール34を通じて第2の成形機3bの成
形部30に送られ、取り出し部32においてコー
ド31が取り出された後、返送路35を通じて上
記供給部31に送り返される保持枠2として、こ
こでは第3図及び第4図に示すように、コード1
の両端を同時に保持するものが使用される。 保持枠2にセツトされるコード1は、その一端
に一対の栓刃51,51を備えた回転ブロツク5
2が予め設けられ、また他端には栓刃受けを備え
た熱硬化性合成樹脂からなる器体が一次成形とし
て設けられたもので、上記第1の成形機3aにお
いては、器体を熱可塑性合成樹脂で覆う成形が行
われてタツプ4が形成され、更に第2の成形機3
bにおいては回転ブロツク52を回転自在に保持
するキヤツプ50が成形されてプラグ5が形成さ
れる。 矩形枠状をなす保持枠2は、その一辺がコード
1両端に設けられた上記回転ブロツク52及び器
体の保持を行う機能部とされ、この一辺と平行な
他の一辺がコード1の途中をクランプするクラン
プ部20となつているもので、機能部における保
持部は、回転ブロツク52側についてまず説明す
ると、これは回転ブロツク52から突出している
一対の栓刃51,51が差し込まれた時に、この
栓刃51に形成されている孔と係合する係合ピン
21を備えたものとなつている。この係合ピン2
1は、ばね22による付勢を受けたスライドブロ
ツク23に取り付けられており、第3図中に示す
一対の回転ブロツク52のうちの右側に示すよう
に、機能部上面に明けた穴29から差し込む解放
部材(図示せず)がスライドブロツク23をばね
22に抗して後退させる時に、係合ピン21が栓
刃51から外れ、解放部材によるスライドブロツ
ク23の押圧がなくなれば、ばね22による付勢
で係合ピン21が栓刃51に係合するものとなつ
ている。 コード1他端の器体の保持部は、第4図にも示
すように、スライドコア24と、スライドコア2
4に対して更にスライド自在であり且つ先端に栓
刃状の突起26を備えた可動体25と、可動体2
5をスライドさせるためのスライダー27とから
構成されている。ここにおけるスライダー27
は、可動体25から突設されたピン25aが摺動
自在に係合するカム溝28を備えたもので、スラ
イダー27がスライド駆動される時、カム溝28
の傾きのために、可動体25は保持枠2及びスラ
イドコア24に対してスライドする。 可動体25を保持枠2の内部に突出させて栓刃
状の突起26を器体に差し込むことで、器体の保
持を行うわけである。また、ここにおけるスライ
ドコア24は、第4図に示すように、他端上面側
が傾斜面とされており、第1の成形機3aの成形
部における上型に設けられた駆動ピン37による
押圧を受けた時、器体側に移動して、その一端面

持枠で保持しているために、一端のみを保持して
いる場合のようにコード他端が邪魔にならないよ
うにする処理が不要であつて、特別な搬送治具も
必要とせず、そして成形工程において前後の工程
が少なくなるために、省スペース、低コスト化を
図れるものであり、しかもコードの両端に成形す
るものでも単一の保持枠にセツトして成形するた
め第1の成形機や第2の成形機を保持枠の搬送経
路に対して片側に配置して成形できるものであつ
て、第1の成形機や第2の成形機を配置しない側
(前面)よりオペレーテイング作業、機械調整、
金型交換等も容易にできるものである。またコー
ドの両端を単一の保持枠にセツトし、配線具とし
てプラグを成形する側ではプラグの栓刃を保持枠
側の孔に挿入して保持枠に保持し、配線具として
タツプを成形する側ではタツプの栓刃受けに保持
枠側の栓刃状の突起を挿入して保持枠に保持する
ので、プラグ側及びタツプ側を保持枠の所定位置
に動かないように確実に保持できるものであつ

線具を成形するとき所定の状態で精度よく成形で
きると共にプラグの栓刃やタツプの栓刃受けに樹
脂が付着するおそれがなく、品質のよいプラグや
タツプを成形できるものであり、さらに保持枠を
第1の成形機に供給して、コードの一端側にプラ
グ乃至タツプの一方の配線具の成形を行い、引き
続き第2の成形機に保持枠を供給して、コードの
他端側にプラグ乃至タツプの他方の配線具を成形
