However, in this conventional treatment system, after cleaning the inside of the machine with cleaning water to recover useful fibers in the cake accumulated in the machine of the separation device, the cake is discarded outside the system. Since the operation work is performed, the raw material supply is stopped during the cleaning operation, and the separation process is not substantially performed during the cleaning process time, so continuous operation cannot be performed and the operation is a batch system. Therefore, there was a problem that the production amount was limited. The present invention is intended to eliminate these conventional drawbacks, it is possible to always operate the separation device, to increase the operating efficiency and also to increase the selective processing capacity for separating useful fibers and foreign substances, Moreover, it is an object of the present invention to provide a papermaking separation device in which the amount of undissolved fragments is small and the collection of useful fibers can be greatly improved in a remarkably inexpensive form.

[Operation] Control valve V 1 of raw material supply passage 11 and selected raw material discharge passage 1
When the control valve V 2 of No. 2 is always opened with a predetermined opening degree and is operated,
The raw material supplied to the pretreatment chamber 3 in the closed casing 2 of the separator is the impeller 5 that rotates in the vicinity of the screen 1.
And the disintegrating agitation blades 8 facing it are disturbed in the pretreatment chamber 3 and flow through the useful fibers from the screen 1, and foreign substances are separated without passing through the screen 1 and are discharged from the discharge port 7 to the front. It is excluded from the processing chamber 3 and processed. That is,
The raw material sent to the pretreatment chamber 3 swirls in its rotation direction,
A large amount of foreign matter in the raw material is blown to the outer peripheral wall of the pretreatment chamber 3 by the centrifugal force generated by the vortex flow, and the control valve V 4 of the foreign matter discharge passage 14 is intermittently opened and closed while turning the peripheral wall. On the other hand, the disaggregated fiber fraction passing through the screen 1 is separated by the screen bucket 9 in the swirling flow of the post-treatment chamber 4 together with the useful fiber, and the control valve V 5 of the discharge passage 16 is opened and closed from the discharge port 10. The useful fiber that has been discharged and transferred to the lees processing chamber 15 and further passed through the screen bucket 9 is controlled by the control valve V of the flow path 12 from the selected raw material outlet 12 1.
Although it is taken out of the system by the open / close control of 2 and processed in the next step, either the timer or the load or the pressure difference between the inlet and the outlet of the raw material during the operation step of passing the raw material through the closed casing 2 Priority is given to the detection that has actuated, and the process is transferred to the reject discharge process, and in this reject discharge process
To the cleaning water supply path 2
By supplying water from 9, the useful fiber is passed through the screen 26 to the recovery chamber 28, and the remaining dregs are discharged to the outside of the system through the dreg discharge passage 30 to continuously carry out operations including fiber collection to increase the production amount and run. The cost can be remarkably reduced.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY According to the present invention, a device for separating and treating useful fibers and foreign matter has a lees processing chamber which communicates the foreign substance discharging passage and the reject discharging passage, and a screen and a screen along the screen. Equipped with a dust removal mechanism equipped with a rotating stirring disaggregation stirring blade and a screen, and a cleaning water supply channel and lees discharge channel, which eliminates the need to empty the separator for cleaning. The fiber content can be collected by continuous continuous operation, the production amount can be increased, the processing capacity can be improved, the foreign matter in the machine can be removed safely, and the power is effectively used without the foreign matter staying in the machine for a long time. Along with the decrease, the loss of useful fibers discarded as lees is also reduced, contributing to yield improvement, simple operation management, and disaggregating the end disaggregated fragments in the raw material, greatly increasing the recovery rate of useful fibers. Together with the foreign material The degree also improved product quality and can be adjusted, coarse foreign matter separated into precisely the course fine dust,
It has a high disintegration ability and a highly selective processing power that separates useful fibers and foreign substances, and it is possible to operate safely without causing a screen clogging phenomenon in the separation device. The operation and operation time of the disaggregation function can be adjusted depending on the amount and the property, and the separation device can perform efficient screen work.
