That is, as shown in Fig. A, corrugated paper a of a certain size and flat paperboard b are stacked alternately in the required number of stages so that the corrugated paper a is on top.
On the front side edge, a certain width of sealing adhesive e is filled in the ridges of the corrugated paper a facing the lower flat paperboard b, and on the rear side edge, the troughs facing the upper flat paperboard b are filled. Fill the area with adhesive e to a certain width to form a number of bag-shaped ventilation holes d 1 and d 2 whose front or rear ends are closed alternately, and cover the sides except the front and rear with covers c. covered.

Because the area of the filter is covered by the sheet adhesive e, the flow resistance is high for filters that process large volumes of fluid, which not only reduces overfunction but also shortens the life of the element. It has the disadvantage of being shorter.

Continuously formed, upward and downward groove-shaped portions A of the bent paper 1 in odd-numbered rows,
B are aligned in the front-rear direction and vertically, and the upward and downward groove-shaped portions A and B of the bent paper 1 in even-numbered rows are the upward and downward groove-shaped portions A and B of the bent paper 1 in odd-numbered rows. , B are characterized in that they are reversed in the front-rear direction and are stacked on top of each other with horizontal shifts in the up-down direction.

The fluid flows into the downward grooves of the odd-numbered tiers and the upward-oriented grooves of the even-numbered tiers while passing across both side pieces of each groove-shaped part exposed to each fluid passage, as well as the upper and lower wall pieces. It enters the shaped part and flows out from there to a predetermined location.

That is, the bent sheets 1 in the first and third rows from the bottom, that is, the odd-numbered rows, have their upward groove-shaped portions A and downward groove-shaped portions B aligned in the front-rear direction and aligned vertically. On the other hand, the bent paper 1 in the second and fourth rows from the bottom, that is, in the even-numbered rows, has the upward and downward groove-shaped portions A and B reversed in the front-rear direction compared to the one in the first row. The bent paper 1 in the first and second tiers are stacked horizontally by half the width of the groove in the vertical direction, and the upper wall piece 1 is placed at the rear edge.
b and the lower wall piece 1c are joined with adhesive 4, and the second and third tiers are joined to the upper wall piece 1b at the front edge, and the third and fourth tiers are bonded to the upper wall piece 1b at the rear edge. The lower wall pieces 1c are alternately joined in a staggered manner, and the side periphery of the laminated paper excluding the front and rear parts is covered with a cover 3 made of paper or synthetic resin, and the mutual contact parts are bonded with adhesive. It is sealed.

く。 When in use, both the cover 3 and the cover 3 are housed in a rectangular case, but if the fluid to be treated flows into the element from the front side as shown by the arrow in Figure 1, the fluid to be treated will flow into the odd numbered stages. Each groove A, B flows into each upward groove A of the bent paper 1 and each downward groove B of the even-numbered paper 1 facing thereto and is exposed to each fluid passage. While passing through both side pieces 1a, upper wall piece 1b, and lower wall piece 1c, it enters the downward groove-shaped part B of the odd-numbered row and the upward groove-shaped part A of the even-numbered row, and from there, it passes through the upper wall piece 1b and the lower wall piece 1c. It flows out to.

In addition, since the groove-shaped portions A and B facing each other are shifted laterally by half the groove width, the groove-shaped portions A and B arranged in the horizontal direction communicate with each other, and the fluid flow path area is reduced compared to the conventional one. It is significantly wider than the original, and the flow resistance is much reduced.

役立てることができる。 FIG. 3 shows a modification of this invention, in which the adhesive ends of the side pieces 1a in the upward groove-shaped portion A or the downward groove-shaped portion B of the bent paper 1 in odd-numbered rows are and the downward groove-shaped part B or the upward groove-shaped part A of the even-numbered rows opposing this.
A tape-shaped spacer 5 is disposed laterally between the adhesive ends of the side pieces 1a (on the rear side between the second and third stages) to prevent deformation due to depression of the adhesive ends. The lower wall piece 1c or the upper wall piece 1b of each groove-shaped portion A, B of the upper and lower bent paper 1
The upper and lower bent paper lower wall pieces 1 are provided with upward or downward semicircular, circular, etc. protrusions 6a and 6b by embossing on the mutually overlapping parts.
The overlapping area of the paper is further increased by preventing close contact between the upper wall piece 1b and the upper wall piece 1b. In this case, the protrusions 6 are provided on the lower wall piece 1c and the upper wall piece 1b.
If a and 6b are provided, it is possible to reliably prevent the two from coming into contact with each other, but the tape-shaped spacer 5 alone can also be used to prevent adhesion.

The upward and downward groove-shaped portions of the odd-numbered layers of bent paper are aligned vertically with the same front-to-back direction, while the upward and downward groove-shaped portions of the even-numbered layers of bent paper are stacked with the opposite front-to-back direction to those of the odd-numbered layers of bent paper and are shifted horizontally in the vertical direction. Therefore, the front and rear ends of the upward and downward groove-shaped portions of the stacked paper are all open, and the upper and lower groove-shaped portions facing each other are shifted horizontally. As a result, the flow path area for the treated fluid is much larger than that of the conventional one, and flow resistance can be significantly reduced. Furthermore, the upper and lower wall pieces of the upper and lower groove-shaped portions can be appropriately prevented from coming into close contact with each other, thereby increasing the flow area, and the life of the element can be improved accordingly.
