"Problems to be Solved by the Invention" In the conventional drying device described above, as shown in FIG. Ta. However, since the parallel seaweed paper cages that move inside the drying chamber 1' are parallel to the combustion tube 11' in the hot air generation chamber at right angles to the combustion tube 11', they are closer to each other than those that are further away from the combustion tube 11'. The problem was that the temperature of the hot air was extremely high, the hot air circulated quickly, and it was susceptible to the effects of radiant heat from the combustion tube 11', resulting in over-dry areas in the parallel nori paper cages. In addition, new, cold air constantly enters the drying chamber, resulting in poor fuel efficiency. If there are parts of the drying chamber that are not filled with nori sheets at the start and end of the workday, the humidity in the drying chamber decreases, causing the drying chamber for laver sheets to dry ( There was a problem in that a large amount of dry seaweed was produced which lacked flexibility (hardening and cracking), resulting in a decrease in commercial value. This method enables uniform drying in the drying room regardless of the distance from the hot air generation chamber, and even if there are parts of the drying room where the nori paper basket is not filled at the beginning and end of the workday, the dryer for the paper-made nori can be used. The purpose of this invention is to provide a seaweed drying device that prevents this problem and has good fuel efficiency.

"Function" Therefore, hot air is blown from the hot air generation chamber 2 through the ventilation space 3 into the drying chamber 1, and the nori paper making basket is supported on the nori basket support frame 10 in the drying chamber 1, and an endless intermittent rotating chain is formed. 9, 9 are rotated intermittently, the cage moves in the opposite direction at the upper and lower transition parts, and the hot air passes between the nori paper cages in the upper and lower transition parts to dry the paper-made nori. The hot air that enters the opening 7 between the extended ends 6, 6 of the ventilation guide plates 4 arranged in the vertical direction in the hot air generation chamber 2 passes between the same guide plates 4, 4 and passes through the other extended ends 5, 5. The paper-made seaweed is discharged from the space in the vertical direction and passes through the paper-made nori cages on the support frame 10 arranged perpendicularly to the chain 9 to dry the paper-made nori. The extended ends 5 and 6 are arranged parallel to the chain 9, and arranged perpendicularly to the chain 9, so that the hot air is guided in an orderly manner by the extended ends 5 and 5 on the drying chamber 1 side, and is immediately processed into nori sheets without being disturbed. It enters and passes between the cages. Then, the wind adjusting plates 7' provided at the extended ends 6, 6 of the ventilation guide plate 4 are adjusted independently using the operating rod 14 according to the temperature of the hot air entering the ventilation guide plate 4, and each opening is Adjust the area of 7. As a result, the amount of hot air entering through each opening 7 is adjusted, and the optimum amount of heat can be supplied depending on the position of the nori paper cage arranged in the drying chamber 1. In addition, the plurality of hot air generation chambers 2, 2 are alternately blown in the hot air direction in the upside down direction, and the hot air is blown downward.
(Figure 3), hot air circulates between both chambers 1 and 2, moisture does not escape to the outside, and the paper-made seaweed is kept moisturized, and since there is little intrusion of cold air from the outside, less heat is lost to the outside. . In addition, the above-mentioned generation chamber 2 blows hot air upward.
(Figure 2), a lot of outside air enters and releases moisture, but a lot of cold air enters and a lot of heat escapes, so overdrying can be prevented by repeating moisturizing and drying alternately.

In addition, since outside air is introduced from the blower 13 into the hot air generation chamber 2 (Fig. 2), which has the ventilation space 3 on the lower side, a relatively large amount of moisture is released. In the hot air generation chamber 2 (FIG. 3), the hot air from the drying chamber 1 is circulated again to the drying chamber 1 side by the blower 13, so that the paper-made seaweed can be kept moist without moisture escaping to the outside. Therefore, in the direction of movement of the chain 9, drying and moisturizing are repeated, thereby preventing a decrease in humidity in the drying chamber and further preventing deterioration of fuel efficiency. In the figure, 15 indicates a partition plate for each hot air generation chamber 2 provided in the drying chamber 1, 16 indicates a partition plate provided for each ventilation space 3 of each hot air generation chamber 2, 17 indicates a blower 13, and 18 indicates a prime mover.
