(Prior art) As a conventional fruit hanging bag of this kind, the
No. 84863 is a double body consisting of an outer bag for disinfection protection and an inner bag for rain insect protection, with a tear line around the outer bag, and after disinfection, it is torn along the tear line and the upper part of the outer bag is removed. The fruit is then removed and used to grow the fruit in the inner bag. However, the air permeability was very poor and the inside was prone to stuffiness. In this regard,
Breathable plastic film such as No. 39282,
Alternatively, even if you use a mesh vent as in Utility Model Application Publication No. 56-142557, in the case of double bags, due to the remaining part of the outer bag,
Hot air accumulates in the upper part of the inner bag, making it impossible to ventilate it, so it still has the disadvantage of becoming stuffy and rotting easily.

(Problem that the invention aims to solve) Therefore, the present invention is designed to improve ventilation by allowing the hot air accumulated in the upper part of the inner bag to escape even if there are remnants of the outer bag when the outer bag is removed after sterilization. This product provides a hanging bag that can be used as a hanging bag.

(Means for solving the problem) For this reason, the present invention has a waterproof outer bag that blocks out disinfectants and has a ventilated upper end with a large number of micropores in it to maintain breathability. The upper part of the outer bag is provided with dividing means such as perforations, and the part of the inner bag above the dividing part of the outer bag is accommodated. A large through hole is provided in the bag, and the inner bag is exposed by separating at the dividing part, and the remaining part of the outer bag is used as an umbrella to hide the hole in the inner bag.

(Function) Hang the bag during the small fruit period during disinfection, tie the upper openings of the inner bag and outer bag with branches, cover the small fruit in the inner bag, and prevent the intrusion of the disinfectant sprayed by the outer bag. It is to prevent it. After sterilization, the inner bag is exposed by removing the outer bag at the perforated part, but the upper part of the outer bag remains as an umbrella, which prevents rainwater from entering during cultivation. The inner bag prevents damage from birds, insects, etc., and the numerous micropores allow the temperature inside the bag to be adjusted, allowing for good growth.

At this time, the hot air accumulated in the upper part of the inner bag is exhausted from the large through hole provided in the upper part of the inner bag, so that there is no stuffiness and the temperature inside the bag can be prevented from rising.

The hanging bag S shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has an outer bag 3 made of water-repellent kraft paper 1 with a thin plastic film 2 laminated on the inner surface, and a large number of micropores K. The inner bag 4 is made of a heat-fusible plastic perforated film 4a with large holes 6 with a diameter of 3 mm in the upper part, and the inner bag 4 is placed inside the outer bag 3. It is stored without being in close contact with the outer bag 3, and a perforation E is provided around the upper part of the outer bag 3 so that the remaining part 3a
is used as an umbrella body.

As shown in FIG. 3, the film 2 of the outer bag 3 is made extremely thin to form countless pinholes 2a, or by partially scraping the surface of the film 2 with a rotating heated brush, holes or film-free portions 2b are formed. The film 2 is made to have air permeability by being formed intermittently.

Further, the micropores K of the perforated film 4a forming the inner bag 4 are formed by penetrating a large number of heating needles, and have a diameter of about 50 to 100 μmm, a micropore interval of about 0.7 mm, and about 100 micropores per cm 2 . More than 10 pieces are transparent.

For example, as shown in FIG. 4, the film 2 is laminated, and a perforated film 4a is placed on a kraft paper 1 with perforations E and heat-bonded on both sides in the longitudinal direction to form a cylinder. While folding the kraft paper 1, the both edges in the longitudinal direction are pasted together at the back to form a cylinder. Next, the gassho-attached T part is laid down flat, heat-bonded at a predetermined position, and cut to open the upper end as shown in Figure 2.
A bag-like hanging bag S whose lower end side is polymerized and bonded is formed.

Next, to explain the operation of this example, first, when spraying a disinfectant at the early stage of fruit set, the hanging bag S is passed through the small grape Na from the upper end opening, and the opening is secured with a wire
Tie it up, close it, and hang it in a bag (see Figure 5).

Although the outer bag 3 blocks disinfectant, it is breathable so that ventilation inside the inner bag 4 can be ensured through the perforated film 4a.

Then, after the disinfection is completed or at an appropriate time, the outer bag 3 is torn at the perforation E and the heat-adhesive part is peeled off and removed, and the inner bag 4 is exposed as shown in Fig. 6.
The remaining piece 3a of the outer bag 3 is tied up with wires 5 and remains, and the lower end of the remaining piece 3a can be left as is or expanded to form an umbrella.

As a result, ventilation from the micropores K becomes better, and since the inner bag is permeable, the grapes N grow well due to sunlight irradiation, and the umbrella and perforated film 4a
This prevents the intrusion of rainwater and prevents fruit cracking, fruit burning, etc., and the inner bag 4 also prevents damage caused by birds and insects.

What is distinctive about this example is that the hot air inside is exhausted through a large through hole 6 provided in the upper part of the inner bag 4, thereby preventing the inside from becoming stuffy. That is, when the internal temperature increases due to light passing through, hot air tends to accumulate in the upper part of the inside, and this hot air is released. At this time, since the large through hole 6 is hidden by the umbrella, rainwater will not enter through it.

In this way, according to this example, since it is a double bag, the bag only needs to be hung once, and the inner bag 4 is exposed by simply removing the outer bag 3 at the perforation E, and the remaining piece 3a is attached to the umbrella body. The remaining large hole 6 is concealed. Then, the hot air inside is released through the large through hole 6. Further, since the inner bag 4 is bonded to the outer bag 3 at the lower end, the inner bag 4 does not come off and is easy to handle.

Although this example is configured as described above, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the material for forming the outer bag does not matter, as long as it is breathable, blocks disinfectants, and is waterproof, and may be made of various paper materials, breathable plastic films, or the like. When using a paper material, it is heat-bonded, so in addition to this example, a heat-welding layer is partially applied only to the parts to be heat-welded, or a large number of micropores are made in the laminate film to ensure breathability. Good too. Alternatively, the outer bag may be made of the same ventilation film or perforated film as the inner bag, and the film may be used as a double bag.The sprayed disinfectant is extremely unlikely to reach the inner bag, and is a weak disinfectant. It can be effectively used for things, and any disinfectant that has entered between the inner and outer bags can be removed by removing the outer bag.

Further, the material of the perforated plastic film forming the inner bag is not limited, and the size of the pores may be any size that can prevent the intrusion of rainwater and insects. The size and number of large through holes provided in the upper part are also appropriate.

Further, the state in which the inner bag is housed in the outer bag is not limited, and the outer bag 7 and the inner bag 8 may be housed separately as shown in FIG. 7. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 8, the outer bag 10 may be shaped like a bag and the lower end of the inner bag 11 may be opened.

Note that the structure of the dividing portion provided on the upper part of the outer bag may be arbitrary, and in addition to perforations, a cut tape 9 that can be divided into two as shown in FIG. 9 may be provided.

(Effects of the invention) According to the invention, since the bag is double-bagged, the troublesome work of hanging the bag only needs to be done once, and by simply removing the outer bag at the perforation or other dividing part, the inner bag is exposed and the remaining part of the outer bag can be removed. An umbrella can be formed, and hot air inside the bag can be discharged through a large hole hidden by the umbrella, preventing stuffiness inside the bag, and is highly effective in preventing an extreme rise in temperature inside the bag.
