[発明の技術分野]
本発明は、処置具挿入用チヤンネルの挿入口を

一般に内視鏡を用いた医療検査および手術等に
おいては、内視鏡を通して患者の体内に薬液を注
入したり、病変部位を切除、採取するといつた
種々の処置を行つている。このため、内視鏡には
上記処置をするための処置具を挿通する鉗子チヤ
ンネルが設けられているが、体腔内圧の変化によ
つて体腔内の空気や汚物が鉗子チヤンネルを通つ
て外部へ洩れ出すことがある。このため、鉗子挿
入口に特開昭59−55502号公報に開示されるよう
な鉗子栓を設けて、空気や汚物の洩出を防止して
いる。この鉗子栓はゴムなどの弾性材料で作ら
れ、処置具を挿通するためのスリツトが設けられ
ている。このスリツトは通常気密に閉じていて、
処置具を押し当てることによつて開き、処置具を

[発明の実施例]
以下に本発明の一実施例を第1図から第3図に
基づいて説明する。第2図は内視鏡全体を示す図
で、内視鏡本体10は操作部12と挿入部14と
からなり、操作部12には、ライトガイド等を挿
通するユニバーサルコード16が連結され、その
先端は図示しない光源に接続される。また、挿入
部14の先端には弯曲部18を介して先端構成部
20が連結してなり、上記弯曲部18は操作部1
2に設けた図示しないアングル操作ノブにより遠
隔的に弯曲操作ができるようになつている。ま
た、上記操作部12には送気・送水切換装置22
と吸引切換装置24が設けられ、先端構成部20
より送気・送水及び吸引ができる。さらに、操作
部12には、鉗子等の処置具26を挿入するため
の処置具挿入口28をもつ挿入口体30が設けら
れ、この挿入口体30には挿入部14、弯曲部1
6の内部を通つて先端構成部20の先端に一端が
開口するチヤンネル32の他端が接続されてい
る。尚、挿入口体30には挿入口28を閉塞する

のL1とフランジ部44のL2と、挿入口体30に
