Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent unsteadiness of an erect base, and to stably position a treating implement. CONSTITUTION:In the endoscope which has an erect base 16 in the vicinity of a forceps port 14 of the tip part 10 of the endoscope, and executes various treatments, while bending and operating a treating implement 7 guided to the tip part 10 by this erect base 16, to a prescribed direction, an engaging groove 16b is formed in the erect base 16, and also, a position control plate 20 which is engaged into this engaging groove 16b and controls an erect position of the erect base 16 is provided. Accordingly, by controlling a horizontal deflection of this position control plate 20, the erect treating implement 7 can be stabilized. In this position control plate 20, plural slits of prescribed width can be formed in order to smooth a slide against the inside surface of the containing groove 16b.

2. Description of the Related Art A CCD (Charge Cou
An endoscope that observes only with an electronic endoscope having a pled device) at its tip or only with optical means is known. In this type of endoscope, not only the state inside the observed body is observed,
Procedures such as incision, biopsy, and recovery are performed using various treatment tools such as forceps. For example, the incision of the papilla (in the duodenum) is performed with a treatment tool such as a high-frequency knife, and the treatment tool is also used in an endoscopic pancreatic cholangiography (ERCP) test performed accompanying this.

FIG. 4 shows the structure of the tip of a conventional side-view type electronic endoscope.
A forceps port 3 communicating with the treatment instrument insertion channel 2, an observation window, an irradiation window, and the like (not shown) are provided on the side surface portion of the endoscope distal end portion 1 instead of the front surface portion. Therefore, it is possible to observe and treat a site existing in a direction perpendicular to the insertion direction of the endoscope. On the side surface of the endoscope distal end portion 1, a stand 4 which rotates in the direction of the forceps opening 3 is attached by a shaft 5 as shown in the figure, and a wire 6 which is connected to an operating portion is attached to the stand 4. It is connected. Therefore, by pulling the wire 6, the upright base 4 is rotated, and the rotating upright base 4 moves the treatment tool 7 (chain line) introduced from the forceps port 3 into a predetermined region to a predetermined position. It can be raised, and various treatments are performed by the treatment tool 7 in the standing state.

However, in the conventional endoscope, since the upright stand 4 is configured to rotate about the axis 5 as described above, when the upright stand 4 is raised. There is a problem that the upright table 4 itself may wander and the positioned treatment tool 7 cannot be used in a stable state. That is, the standing position of the standing stand 4 is determined by the wall of the mounting portion of the shaft 5 and the wall surfaces A and B of the tip portion 1 shown in FIG. At this time, since the treatment tool 7 is fixed by abutting on the tip of the upright stand 4, the upright stand 4 swings around the shaft 5, but due to the presence of the wall surface A, the runout in the direction of the wall surface A does not occur. To some extent regulated. However, since the wall surface B is retracted as shown in the figure due to the positional relationship of the wires 6 and the like, the standing base 4 swings in the direction of the wall surface B.

In general, an endoscope using the treatment instrument 7 often treats a fine portion. For example, even in the above-described endoscopic nipple incision, the standing state of the stand 4 is stable and the nipple portion is stable. There is a demand for an endoscope that can accurately position the treatment instrument 7.

Further, as shown in each drawing, a standing base 16 is rotatably supported by a shaft pin 17 in the distal direction near the forceps port 14, and a wire 18 is attached to the standing base 16.
The pedestal 16 can be rotated to the position of the chain line 100 by operating the wire 18. An arcuate groove 16a for receiving the treatment tool 7 is formed on the upright table 16, and when the treatment tool 7 inserted into the forceps port 14 is raised by the upright table 16, an arc is formed as indicated by a chain line. The treatment instrument 7 is held in an upright state by being sandwiched between the groove 16a and the inner wall of the forceps opening 14.

Then, a rectangular parallelepiped position regulating plate 20 made of, for example, stainless steel is attached near the bearing portion of the upright 16 at a position slightly lower than the middle of the tip portion 10, and as shown in FIG.
As shown in (c), the stand 16 is provided with engagement grooves 16b with which both side surfaces of the rectangular position regulating plate 20 are slidably engaged. According to this configuration, the inner surface of the engagement groove 16b of the upright table 16 contacts both side surfaces of the position regulating plate 20, whereby the position of the upright table 16 is regulated, and the upright table 1
Even when 6 is completely raised, the engagement groove 16b does not come off the position regulating plate 20. Therefore, wire 1
Even when the stand 16 is raised by the operation of 8 and the treatment instrument 7 is raised as shown in FIG. 1A, lateral shake of the stand 16 is prevented and the standing position of the treatment instrument 7 can be stabilized. it can.

The first embodiment is constructed as described above, and in the electronic endoscope, for example, a procedure for endoscopic pancreaticocholangiography is performed while observing an image of the inside of the observed body taken through the observation window 26. The treatment instrument 7 to be performed is introduced from the forceps insertion port 38 to the forceps port 14 via the treatment instrument insertion channel 13. In this forceps port 14, the treatment instrument 7 is the forceps port 1.
When the standing knob 41h is operated to pull the wire 18 at the time of jumping out from the position 4, the standing stand 16 rises up in a state where its position is regulated by the position regulation plate 20, as shown in FIG. The treatment instrument 7 is sandwiched between the upright table 16 and the inner wall of the forceps opening 14. In this state, in the case of endoscopic pancreaticocholangiography, the papilla incision is performed by the treatment instrument 7, but the treatment instrument 7 does not shake due to the position regulation of the position regulation plate 20, and is precise. The incision procedure can be performed well.

FIG. 2 shows the structure of the position regulating plate in the second embodiment. As shown in the figure, in the second embodiment, slits (cuts) having a predetermined width are formed on both side surfaces of the position regulating plate 42. groove)
A plurality of 43 are formed. That is, the side surface and the upper surface of the position regulating plates 20 and 42 and the engaging groove 1 of the upright stand 16.
It is conceivable that bodily fluid or the like may enter between the inner surface of 6b and the bodily fluid or the like, and hinder the smooth standing operation of the upright stand 16.
Therefore, if a plurality of slits 43 having a predetermined width are formed as shown in the position regulation plate 42 and body fluid or the like is allowed to escape into the slits 43, the standing base 16 that rises while contacting the position regulation plate 42 is formed. It is possible to secure a smooth standing motion.

In the above embodiment, the chain line 100 of FIG.
As shown in FIG. 5, the area of the engagement groove 16b that is hung on the position regulation plate 20 when the upright stand 16 stands up is small, so that the contact area between the engagement groove 16b and the position regulation plate 20 in the upright state is increased. In addition, the position regulating plate 20 near the shaft pin 17
It is also possible to deform and expand the side end of the engaging groove 16b and expand the groove shape of the engaging groove 16b according to the expanded shape.

As described above, according to the first aspect of the invention, in the endoscope in which the treatment tool guided to the distal end portion is bent and operated in the predetermined direction by the upright stand, the upright stand is engaged with the engaging groove. Since the position regulating plate that controls the standing position of the upright stand by engaging with the engaging groove is provided, it is possible to eliminate the wobbling of the treatment tool when bending the treatment tool by the upright stand. Therefore, the treatment tool can be used in a stable positioning state. Therefore, there is an advantage that a precise endoscopic treatment can be performed well.
