Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a bus duct constituted of inexpensive components assembled at a low cost. CONSTITUTION:The bus duct comprises feeder conductors 2, an insulator 3 for holding the feeder conductors 2 on the outside thereof, and a pair of cover bodies 4 facing oppositely and wrapping the insulator 3. The cover bodies 4 have the same profiles wherein a hook part 41a projects inwardly from one side face section 41 and a hook part 42a projects outwardly from the other side face section 42. The inwardly hooked part of one cover body 4 is engaged with the outwardly hooked part of the other cover body 4 by taking advantage of the resiliency at the opposite side face parts under a state where the cover bodies 4 are opposed each other thus jointing the cover bodies.

2. Description of the Related Art There are bus ducts used for electrical wiring. 7 and 8 each show an internal structure of a conventional bus duct. These bus ducts 51, 61
Both have long feeding conductors 52, 62 and insulators 53, 63 for holding the feeding conductors 52, 62 on the outside, and a pair of long cover bodies (outer shell plates) that face each other and wrap the outside of the insulators 53, 63. 54 and 64 are provided.

In the bus duct 51, a concave and convex fitting structure is provided on the elastic side surface portion of the cover body 54, and both cover bodies 54 are formed by engaging the concave and convex fitting structure using the elasticity of the side surface portion. I am trying to combine. On the other hand, in the bus duct 61, the cover body 64 having the same cross-sectional shape
The flange 64a formed on the side surface is fastened together with the screw 66 and the nut 67 so that both cover bodies 64 are joined together.

After the bus ducts 51 and 61 are installed, the power feeding conductor 5 is placed at an appropriate position on the cover bodies 54 and 64.
There is an opening through which the wires 2 and 62 are viewed, where various wiring devices are mounted in a plug-in manner so as to be electrically connected to the power supply conductors 52 and 62. However, in the case of the bus duct 51, there is a problem that the component manufacturing cost is high. It is necessary to prepare two types of long cover bodies having different cross-sectional shapes, which is time-consuming and costly. On the other hand, the bus duct 61 has a problem that the assembly cost is high. This is because only one type of long cover body needs to be prepared, but the coupling method using screws and rivets requires much labor and greatly increases the assembly cost.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a bus duct according to the present invention comprises a power supply conductor and an insulator (insulating material) for holding the power supply conductor on the outside, and a pair that faces each other and wraps the outside of the insulator. Both cover bodies have the same cross-sectional shape and each has an inward hook portion projecting inward on one side surface portion and an outward hook portion projecting outward on the other side surface portion. When facing each other, the inward hook portion of one cover body is engaged with the outward hook portion of the other cover body by utilizing the elasticity of both side surface portions, so that they are coupled to each other.

The bus duct of the present invention is low in component manufacturing cost. This is because the pair of cover bodies that wrap the outside of the insulator have the same cross-sectional shape, and only one type of cover body need be prepared. Besides, the bus duct of the present invention has a low assembly cost. Each of the cover bodies has an inward hook portion projecting inward on one side surface portion and an outward hook portion projecting outward on the other side surface portion, and both side surface portions face each other during assembly. This is because the inward hook portion of one cover body is fitted and engaged with the outward hook portion of the other cover body by utilizing the elasticity of the above so as to be coupled to each other.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below. Needless to say, the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments.
FIG. 1 shows the internal structure of the bus duct of the embodiment. Each of the bus ducts 1 has three long feeding conductors 2.
... and insulators (insulating materials) 3 and 3 that hold them outside, and a pair of long cover bodies (outer shell plates) 4 and 4 that face each other and wrap the outside of each insulator 3. .. That is, the power feeding conductor 2 is held by the insulator 3 interposed between the cover bodies (outer shell plates) 4 and 4.

The cover members 4 and 4 have the same cross-sectional shape and are connected in the opposite directions. That is, the cover bodies 4, 4
Each has an inward hook portion 41a protruding inward on one side surface portion 41, and an outward hook portion 42a protruding outward on the other side surface portion 42, respectively. When the cover bodies 4 and 4 are joined together, the side surface portion 4 having the outward hook portion 42a in a state of facing each other.
When 2 is pushed in so as to come inside the side surface portion 41 having the inward hook portion 41a, both side surface portions 41, 4
Due to the elasticity of 2, the inward hook portion 41a of one cover body naturally engages with the outward hook portion 42a of the other cover body to complete the connection. It is preferable that the extension portion 41b is provided, because it is difficult to disengage the engagement.

The bus duct 1 is assembled as follows. First, as shown in FIG. 2, the insulator 3 is housed inside the one cover body 4. Half of the plate-shaped feed conductor 2 is accommodated in the groove 3a of the insulator 3. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the insulator 3
Is mounted so that the remaining half of the power feeding conductor 2 is accommodated in the groove 3a.

Finally, as shown in FIG. 4, the other cover body 4 is made to face each other in the opposite direction, and the side portion 42 having the outward hook portion 42a is placed inside the side portion 41 having the inward hook portion 41a. If you put it in and push it in, both sides 4
Since the elastic members 1 and 42 are elastic, the side surface portions 41 and 42 are appropriately opened and closed, and the inward hook portion 41a and the outward hook portion 42a are engaged with each other by passing through the shoulder of the insulator 3 and both cover bodies are engaged. 4, 4 are combined.

The insulators 3 do not have to be located at the same position, and may be provided at various locations along the longitudinal direction. It is not necessary to have insulators on both the upper and lower sides at the same position, and the insulators may be arranged so as to be shifted in the front-rear direction when viewed in the longitudinal direction. Further, the insulators 13 as shown in FIG. 5 may be arranged alternately along the longitudinal direction. The insulator 3 is positioned and held, that is, the power supply conductor 2 is positioned and held by adjusting the size so that the surfaces of the insulators 3 and 13 come into contact with the inner surface of the cover body 4.

In the state after the construction of these bus ducts 1,
For example, as shown in FIG. 6, suspended by a hanger 20,
There is an opening (plug-in hole) 21 through which the power feeding conductor 2 is seen at an appropriate position of the cover body 4, and the wiring device 22 is electrically connected to the power feeding conductor 2 by a plug-in type as shown in FIG. It will be attached so that it will be connected. In order for the power feeding conductor 2 to be seen through the opening 21, no insulator may be arranged at that portion.

As described above, in the bus duct according to the present invention, since only one type of cover body is prepared, the manufacturing cost of parts is low, and both cover bodies face each other during assembly. Since they are connected by a push-fit type engagement in which they are simply pushed in in a closed state, the assembly cost is low and it is very useful.
