上端をピツクル液注入ヘツドに取り付け、前記注
入ヘツドおよび注入針を原料肉に向かつて下降さ
せ、前記各注入針を前記原料肉に突き刺すととも
に、前記注入ヘツドのピツクル液収容室に供給し
たピツクル液を前記注入針の上端に導びき、前記
注入針の下端から噴出させ、前記原料肉に注入す
るようにしたインジエクタにおいて、 前記注入ヘツドに設けられ、前記各注入針の上
端を個別に前記ピツクル液収容室に接続する多数
の開閉弁と、 前記各開閉弁と対応する位置に配置され、対応
する開閉弁と係合し、これを閉じ、上昇したとき
その開閉弁から離れ、これを開く多数の弁駆動部
材と、 前記各注入針の下端のまわりに配置された多数
の原料肉押え板と、 垂直方向にのび、前記注入ヘツドに対し上下動
可能に案内され、前記各注入針と対応する弁駆動
部材と原料肉押え板を互いに連結する多数の連結
ロツドと、 前記各弁駆動部材の下方に配置され、上昇した
とき前記各弁駆動部材と係合し、前記各弁駆動部
材を持ち上げ、下降したとき前記各弁駆動部材か
ら離れる各弁駆動部材共通の持ち上げバーと、 前記共通のバーを上昇および下降させる操作機
構とを備えたことを特徴とするピツクル液注入イ
ンジエクタ。
