Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, at conventional helicopter landing sites, the noise and wind around the landing area are intense when helicopters take off and land, making it impossible to avoid pollution around the landing area. Another disadvantage is that strong winds generated by the rotation of a helicopter's propeller can cause great damage to surrounding houses if the helicopter landing site is located in a town.

Embodiment Referring to FIG. 1, an embodiment is shown in which a helicopter landing pad 1 according to the present invention is installed on the roof of a building 2. This helicopter landing pad consists of a landing pad 3 fixed on the floor of the roof of a building and a wall 4 placed around the landing pad. In this embodiment, the departure and landing platform 3 consists of a rectangular base plate, and the wall 4 consists of four plates extending in the vertical direction. These plates surround the landing pad and have their lower ends attached to the landing pad. As shown in FIG. 2, a helicopter 5 is placed on the top of the landing pad. In the illustrated embodiment, the height h (FIG. 2) from the top of the landing pad to the top of the wall 4 is set to, for example, about 10 m. Additionally, the area for accommodating the helicopter is set to approximately 30m 2 to 50m 2 . The wall 4 has a so-called hopper type shape that widens toward the upper end. This makes it easy for the helicopter 5 to descend onto the landing pad.

Effects of the Invention According to the present invention, since the take-off and landing pad is surrounded by a wall as described above, there is a practical advantage that wind and noise can be prevented when a helicopter takes off and lands. Further, according to the present invention, the second wall plate forms the roof of the landing pad, and this second wall plate opens when the helicopter is launched, thereby facilitating storage and launch of the helicopter. There is an advantage that the noise of the helicopter can be reduced because the wall panels are provided with soundproofing means.
