Problems to be Solved by the Invention When molded using the calender method, it is almost impossible to produce a sheet made of two and three layers of the same material due to their tendency to weld together. When molded sheets are used to make, for example, mats for automobile parts or to mold and press sound insulation boards, the conventional method of molding and pressing one sheet at a time takes a long time and requires a lot of work. If you try to mold and press more than one sheet at the same time, there is a problem that the sheets will weld to each other, and if you try to stack and punch multiple sheets after shaping, it will cause misalignment between the upper and lower layers. However, there were problems in that it required time and effort, such as the appearance of punched and molded products that did not match.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention is an attempt to roll-form a two-layer sheet using a calender method, which is used when a plurality of sheets are stacked and pressed simultaneously as described above, and the structure thereof is as follows. The manufacturing method as the first invention is a sheet manufacturing method in which a material mainly composed of a thermoplastic synthetic resin is rolled into a sheet shape using a calender, and the sheet is rolled and molded using a calender to form a sheet shape, and the sheet is cooled. A means for curing and winding the sheet, and a sheet separately rolled and formed using a calender.
It consists of a means for rolling and forming three sheets at the same time with a polyethylene sheet or a sheet that does not weld to the material being molded interposed in the middle, and the polyethylene sheets, etc. interposed in the middle have edges on both sides relative to the width of the sheet to be rolled. A method for producing a two-layer sheet using a calender method using narrow sheets with each sheet inserted inward was adopted.

Further, as a second invention, a two-layer sheet manufactured using the above-mentioned manufacturing method is a sheet formed by rolling a material mainly made of thermoplastic synthetic resin using a calender, and then cooling and hardening the sheet, which is made of two layers of the same material. By interposing a slightly narrow polyethylene sheet or a sheet that is not welded to the two sheets in between, the two sheets are welded to each other at both side edge portions.

Effects In the first aspect of the present invention, first, a material mainly made of thermoplastic synthetic resin is rolled and formed into a sheet using a calender, and this is cooled and hardened, and once rolled up to produce a single sheet. . Then,
Materials made of the same material are rolled and formed into sheets of the same width using a calender, and before cooling and hardening, the single sheet produced above is rolled and formed again at the same time with polyethylene or other non-welding sheets interposed in between. By inserting a means, sheets made of the same material are welded together, but portions where polyethylene or the like is present are not welded or adhered. Therefore, by making the width of the sheet of polyethylene etc. narrow inward at both side edges of this unwelded part, two sheets of the same material will be welded at both side edges, but the middle will be welded. This makes it possible to obtain a two-layer sheet in which the parts are separated.

The two-layer sheet manufactured by the above manufacturing method is already welded and molded at both side edges of the sheet with the same width, so the same mold is used to form the sheet at the same time during the forming press, which is a separate process later. Two pieces can be molded, saving time and labor. Since the two sheets are separated by a polyethylene sheet in the middle, they can be easily separated after punching. The molding press can be used to freely select and mold mats, sound insulating plates, etc. that fall in the middle range excluding both side edges.

As shown in the embodiment of the present invention, a polyethylene sheet 9 was used to be interposed between the vinyl chloride sheets 1 and 2, but these materials were the same as those forming the two-layer sheet. The intermediate layer sheet may be made of any material as long as it can be welded during rolling and forming, and the intermediate layer sheet may be made of a material that does not weld to the two-layer sheet, and is not limited to any particular material. Therefore, vinyl chloride, rubber, EVA, etc. can be used as the two-layer sheet, and polyethylene, vinyl chloride, etc. can be selectively used as the intermediate layer.

As an example, a vinyl chloride sheet with a length of 1700 mm and a width of 800 mm was used for rolling molding by the calender method, and the width of the inner edge of each side was 15 mm, and the polyethylene sheet was 770 mm wide.

In addition, the material that is rolled and formed by a calender is a material that is mainly made of thermoplastic synthetic resin as described above, and fillers and extenders can be added to it, and after kneading it with an intensive mixer or mixing roll, etc. It's starting to become easier.

Effects of the Invention In the manufacturing method of the present invention, two sheets of the same material form two layers, and a narrow sheet made of a material that does not weld to the two layers is interposed in the middle.
It has become possible to easily produce a two-layer sheet that is welded on both side edges. When manufacturing a two-layer sheet, one sheet is manufactured in advance by rolling and forming, and then the second sheet is rolled and formed using the same process, and the sheet interposed in the middle is guided and stacked. It can be manufactured by simultaneously rolling the three layers while stacking the previously preformed sheet on top of the top layer.

Since the two-layer sheet is separated by a sheet that does not weld in the middle, it is possible to mold two products at a time using a molding press within this range, such as mats for automobiles and sound insulation boards, which saves time and labor. This has the effect of reducing the molding press process.
