本発明は、ビデオ用やオーデイオ用の各種テー
プカートリツジにおいて、ケース本体が上下ケー
スからなる上下分割式のカートリツジ用ケースを
プラスチツクの射出成形によつて製造する方法に

ートリツジの不使用時にはケース前面に導出した
テープTを閉じ姿勢にある前蓋3で保護し、テー
プカートリツジをビデオデツキに装填したときに
は前蓋3が上向きに開いてテープTがケース前方
に引出し可能なスタンバイ状態になる。

られる傾向にあるが、このゲート付近は当然のこ
とながら射出圧力が他の部分よりも高くて金型内
面に対する接着度も強くなるので離型性が悪い。
こういつた離型性の悪いところには、それに合わ
せてノツクピンを数多く配置することになるが、
それでもなおケースに部分的な割れが生じること

りも先端側の外側面19が上記前壁6から主壁5
にわたつて内向きに連設される捨てリブ20の側
面の一部に対する成形面になるとともに、該段1
8が該捨てリブ20の突端面に対する成形面にな
るものとし、
両金型16,17の成形空間に、第7図に示す
ごとくプラスチツク素材を射出して冷却固化させ
たのち両金型16,17を分離し、
次にノツクピン14,15群を突出作動させて
成形品第1金型16から抜出すときに、第8図に
示すごとく段付きノツクピン15の先端面で主壁
5の内面を押圧すると同時に、前記段18で捨て
リブ20の突端面を押圧するようにしたことを要
件とするものである。
