本考案による基板型ノイズフィルタの一実施例につき図面にしたがい説明する 。図1は本考案による基板型ノイズフィルタの分解斜視図を示し、絶縁カバー1 は耐熱性樹脂製で、環状空間を有する底面が開口した二重円筒体である。絶縁カ バー1の開口端面の内周縁と外周縁の端面には多数のピン端子部2がほぼ等間隔 に一体に突設してある。内周縁のピン端子部2と外周縁のピン端子部2は半径方 向に互いに対応しており、絶縁カバー1の外表面に多数の帯状導体3が、対応す るピン端子部2をつなぐ形状に、周方向に間隔をおいて設けてある。帯状導体3 はピン端子部2の表面の導体と続いている。図2は絶縁カバー1のA−A線縦断 面図である。絶縁カバー1を普通の樹脂4と鍍金付着性のある特殊樹脂5で形成 しており、特殊樹脂5の露出面に無電解鍍金により帯状導体3(断面には図示し ない)とピン端子部2の導体とを形成してある。特殊樹脂5は、普通の樹脂4の 一次成形体に、図2ではピン端子部2をつなぐ溝を外表面に設け、かつ溝をピン 端子部2まで延ばしピン端子部2を切り欠いた一次成形体に、溝と切欠きを埋め て二次成形を行うことで、所要形状に露出させている。配線基板6は、矩形の短 辺縁に沿ってファストンタブ7を挿入し、ファストンタブ7の近傍にコンデンサ 8、コンデンサ9を装着し、中央部にチョークコイルを配置してノイズフィルタ を形成する。配線基板6の中央部には、絶縁カバー1のピン端子部2を挿通でき る貫通孔10を形成してある。図3に配線基板6の底面の配線導体を示す。図3 において、中心側の貫通孔10と隣の外側の貫通孔10をつなぐ配線導体11( 図ではく字形)は、絶縁カバー1の帯状導体3と接続してコイルを形成する導体 であり、配線導体12(図では3種5個)はフィルタ回路に接続するための導体 である。図1に示したように、配線基板6にL形のファストンタブ7を下方から 挿着して配線導体12と接続し、コンデンサ8、コンデンサ9を装着し、さらに トロイダルコア13を配線基板6に置いて、トロイダルコア13に絶縁カバー1 を被せてピン端子部2を貫通孔10に挿通して絶縁カバー1を配線基板6に装着 してから配線基板6を半田浴に浸して一度に配線導体11、配線導体12の半田 付けを行う。図1に於ては巻回数6回の2個の巻線が、配線導体11と帯状導体 3とにより作られて、巻回作業なしのトロイダルチョークコイルを有する基板型 ノイズフィルタが出来上がる。尚、絶縁カバー1の装着は、スナップフィットす る落し嵌め型の環状の底板や両面接着テープを用いるなどして、トロイダルコア 13を絶縁カバー1に収納してから実施してもよい。 An embodiment of the substrate type noise filter according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
