However, in this method, it is not possible to damage only a part of the multifilament to make fluff, and the whole yarn is significantly damaged. Therefore, if many fluffs are to be made, the breaking strength / elongation of the whole yarn is greatly reduced, It is extremely difficult to put it to practical use.

Therefore, it is extremely difficult to obtain fluff yarn of uniform quality.

The multifilament yarn used in the present invention is not particularly limited, but a thermoplastic synthetic multifilament yarn such as polyester or polyamide is preferably used. Speaking of making fluff easier, single filament denier multi-filament yarn with small denier,
A multifilament yarn having a high degree of cross-section irregularity, a multifilament yarn containing a large amount of an inorganic substance such as titanium oxide, and the like are preferable. Furthermore, a multifilament yarn in which denier, different degree of deformation, and yarn physical properties are combined is also preferable.

FIG. 1 shows an example using an up twister as a twisting method, and FIG. 2 shows an example using a double twister as a twisting method. The multi-filament yarn wound around the bobbin 6 or the pan 8 is twisted by Y 1 or Y 2 by the spindles 7 ′ and 7 ″ rotated by the drive belt 7, and the generated balloon is converged by the balloon convergence guide 5. The twisted multifilament yarn Y 1 or Y 2 is false twisted in the opposite direction to the twisted direction by the spindle by the friction false twist body 3 including the rough surface body via the feed roller 4. A part of the multifilament is cut and the yarn is raised.
The raised multifilament yarn returns to the original twisted state by the original spindle immediately after passing through the friction false twisted body 3 including the rough surface body, and is wound up by the winding roller 1 via the feed roller 2. The feed rollers 2 and 4 can be attached as needed (a semi-positive type feed roller is preferable).

The rough surface disk 9 may be used in combination with a urethane disk 10, a guide disk 11 or a disk made of other material such as ceramics, or the disk used for the triaxial circumscribed friction false twist body may be made into a rough surface body. Good. The multifilament yarn 12 is false-twisted while being in contact with the rough surface disk 9, the urethane disk 10, and the guide disk 11 driven by the belt 13. Further, a part or all of the contact surface 14 of the inscribed friction false twist body as shown in FIG. 4 may be used as a rough surface.

The point is that the yarn is raised while false twisting. In a method for producing a fluff yarn using a friction false-twisted body having the same rough surface structure as disclosed in JP-A-51-92335, the multifilament yarn used is not pretwisted. Therefore, the multifilament yarn is in a twisted state on the friction false twist body having a rough surface structure that damages the multifilament yarn. Therefore, the multifilament yarn is converged, and it is very difficult to damage the individual filaments. Therefore, if the multifilament yarn is damaged so that the filament is cut, the strength / elongation of the entire multifilament yarn is reduced. It is necessary to give strong damage to the multifilament yarn. On the other hand, according to the method of the present invention, the multifilament yarn to be raised is twisted by the spindle, and in the friction false-twisted body including the roughened surface, it is twisted in the direction opposite to the direction twisted by the spindle. Because it is twisted,
The multifilament yarn may be untwisted or have very few twists on the rough textured friction false twist body. Therefore, each filament is easily caught on the uneven surface of the rough surface body, and the filament can be easily damaged.

Filaments are generated and therefore the strength of the entire multifilament yarn is less likely to decrease. Furthermore, since the multifilament yarn that is damaged in the rough surface body and some filaments are cut off immediately returns to the original twisted state immediately after the rough surface body, the generated cut fluff does not become long and is converged so that when the cloth is formed. It has the effect of avoiding pilling that occurs.

It was fluffed. The spindle driven by the belt 7 rotates at 10,000 rpm,
The multifilament yarn twisted in the Z twist direction is sent to the friction false twist body 3 including the rough surface body via the balloon convergence guide 5 and the semi-positive feed roller 4. The supply thread tension between the semi-positive feed roller 4 and the false false twist body 3 is 0.1 g / d.
Set to. As the friction false-twisted body including the rough surface body, a triaxial circumscribed type friction false-twisted body was used, and a rough surface disk of a ceramic sprayed disk having a surface roughness of 15S, a polyurethane disk and a guide disk were arranged in a combination shown in FIG. .. All the disks had a diameter of 50 mm, the distance between the three axes was 38.0 mm, the rotation speed of the axes was 300 rpm, and the S twist was set in the downstream direction of the supplied yarn. The supply yarn passed through the friction false-twisted body including the rough surface body, and then was wound by the winding roller 1 at a speed of 20 m / min through the semi-positive feed roller 2.

d, elongation at break 25.0%, number of fluffs 87 / m.
The number of fluffs is a value when an F-index tester manufactured by Shikishima Spinning Co., Ltd. is used and set so that the number of fluffs of 0.5 mm or more can be measured. The values of breaking strength and breaking elongation of the obtained fluff yarn are extremely excellent values as compared with the yarns by the conventionally known method, and there is little occurrence of fly cotton or yarn breakage, and long-term operation. However, it was also confirmed that the change in wear of the rough surface disc was small, and it was found that the present invention is an epoch-making method. The obtained fluff yarn is 2 S twists 1000 times /
When it is twisted in m, woven into a plain weave with a warp density of 85 / inch and a weft density of 60 inches, dyed and finished, it also has a pilling with a natural appearance and touch that is not possible with conventional filament fabrics. A few excellent products were obtained.

That is, since the twisted multifilament yarn has a twisting torque, once the twisted multifilament yarn is wound, a twisting torque is generated when the yarn is unwound from the wound bobbin, which is very easy to handle. Have difficulty. Therefore, it is general that the twisted multifilament yarn is used after it is wet-heat set to reduce the twisting torque.

A large false twist torque force is required because the yarn is heat set. On the other hand, as in the present invention, after twisting a multifilament yarn, without twisting it, false twisting is performed in a direction opposite to the direction twisted with a friction false twist body including a rough surface body. Has a torque in the direction of untwisting, that is, in the direction of false twisting with a friction false-twisted body including a rough surface body, and therefore the friction false-twisted body including a rough surface body can easily give false twist to a multifilament yarn. As a result, the method of the present invention has a great effect on reducing the wear of the rough surface member of the friction false twist body. At the same time, it is not necessary to use unreasonable false twist conditions, which is effective in reducing troubles such as yarn breakage. Furthermore, the present invention does not need to consider the quality difference between the inner layer and the outer layer of the winding package due to the moist heat setting, and since it is the continuous processing of the twisted yarn and the yarn raising, it is an inexpensive production method.
