Abstract

PURPOSE:To allow wire material to be pulled smoothly out of the outside of a coil while keeping always constant tension by driving/stopping a motor, provided with a clutch and a brake and erected at the center of the coil, in correspondence with the on-off operation of a switch for detecting the tension of wire material. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 20 driven by a motor 12 is erected piercing a coil 50 placed on the cover 18 of a casing 10. An arm is tiltably fitted to the tip of the shaft 20, orthogonally to the shaft 20. The guide member 30 of wire material 52 is provided at the tip of a member 27 extended diagonally downward from the tip of the arm.
