(Field of Application of the Technology) The present invention provides a tile carpet with excellent dimensional stability and improved mechanical strength. (Prior Art and Problems) Carpet tiles lined with a resin such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC) have been known. However, although excellent dimensional stability is a very important requirement for tile-like flooring materials, the above-mentioned conventional backing tile carpets have been insufficient in this respect. The present invention is a tile carpet that solves the above problems, and is a tile carpet consisting of a surface tufted pile layer and a resin backing layer, in which a brushed mesh material made of glass fibers of 0.5 to 2.0 mm is installed inside the resin backing layer. The gist is a tile carpet characterized by interposition. Figure 1 is a sectional view of the carpet tile of the present invention, Figure 2 is a cross-sectional view of the carpet tile of the present invention;
The figure shows the mesh material used in the present invention. 1 is a carpet pile fabric, which may be synthetic fibers such as nylon, natural fibers such as wool, tufted loop pile or cut pile. The pile 1 is tufted onto a base fabric 2 and sealed with a sealing layer 3. A resin backing layer 4 having a thickness of 1 to 5 mm is provided under the sealing layer 3. This resin packing layer is made of bitumen, PVC paste, polyurethane,
A type such as synthetic rubber latex that initially hardens in a liquid state is preferable. Inside the backing layer 4, a raised mesh material 5 is interposed. As shown in FIG. 2, the mesh material 5 has a mesh portion 6 made of glass fiber or synthetic fiber, but it is preferable that this mesh portion be made of glass fiber. This mesh portion has a roughness of 5 to 30 meshes. Meshes are usually provided with a smooth surface without any feathering. The fluff 7 is raised on one or both sides of this mesh part by a method such as friction. The fluff 7 stands obliquely or substantially perpendicularly to the direction of the mesh 6. The fluff is 0.5 to 2 mm. Thus, the mesh material 5 used in the present invention
is obtained, and this mesh material is interposed in the backing layer 4. At this time, the mesh material 5 is buried in the backing layer 4 while the resin backing layer 4 is in a liquid or molten state, and then the backing layer is hardened by heating or cooling to interpose the mesh material in the backing layer. . In the tile carpet of the present invention, the fluff 7 of the mesh material spreads and penetrates into a wide area of the backing layer, contributing to improved dimensional stability.
In addition, even when the tile carpet, which had once stuck to the floor, was reattached due to interior changes, etc., the shape of the tile carpet was not distorted and the workability was good. (Effects of the invention) (a) Dimensional stability is significantly improved and changes over time are good. (b) Manufacturing efficiency is good because it is sufficient to bury the mesh material in the liquid resin layer. (c) Cost is low because sufficient effects can be obtained with just a single layer of mesh material. (d) By interposing a mesh material, especially a glass fiber mesh material, in the backing layer, the carpet tile has sufficient strength to not deform in any way even with the force of peeling it from the floor during repainting work such as interior remodeling. can get. <Example> A carpet original fabric was prepared by cut-pile tufting nylon filaments onto a primary base fabric to form a sealing layer on the back side. The above glass fiber mesh material was coated with PVC paste on a release cloth and fluffed to 60 g/m 2 to 1 mm.
The tile carton of the present invention was embedded in PVC paste, the original carpet was placed thereon, the paste layer was heated to gel at 180°C, the release cloth was peeled off, and the backing layer was cut into tiles with a backing layer of 3 mm. Got a pet. The dimensional change rate of this tile carpet was tested using the test method of DIN54318, the tensile strength of the backing material was tested using the test method of JIS-L1021, and the aging of the actual work and repositioning workability were tested. As Comparative Example 1, no glass mesh was used.
A PVC buckling carpet was tested under the same conditions. Further, as Comparative Example 2, a tile carpet in which a PVC backing layer was interposed with a glass mesh that did not fluff was tested under the same conditions. These results are shown in Table 1.

[Table] ○: Good, ×: Bad In Comparative Example 1, nothing was interposed in the PV backing layer, so compared to the example, the dimensional change rate, that is, the dimensional stability was poor, and the tensile strength was weak, and after actual construction. The deterioration over time was also unstable, and the shape of the carpet tile was distorted when the carpet tile was once stuck and was replaced. Also, in Comparative Example 2, the dimensional change rate was the same as that of Example 2.
The results were also insufficient in terms of changes over time. For the first time in the present invention, the dimensional change rate was low and the tensile strength was high, and as a result, both the aging of the joints and the ease of repositioning were good.
