Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 1.以下の要件からなる患者への薬剤のイオン導入による供給装置。 上記患者への供給のために帯電したイオンの物質を含んでいる第1容器;上記第 1容器の近傍にあって、帯電したイオンの物質を含んでいる第2容器; 上記第1、第2容器に接続し制御信号に応じて上記電極に電流を供給する電流発 生器手段; 上記患者の身体の体動をモニターし上記体動を示す体動信号を発生させるための 体動センサー手段; 上記体動センサー手段及び上記電流発生器手段に接続し、上記体動信号の機能と して上記電流発生手段の制御信号を発生させるため上記体動信号に感応する制御 手段。
- 2.上記電流発生器は、予め定められた最小限度の下で患者の体動の存在の下に 予め設定した最小の電流レベルで作用する請求項1の装置。
- 3.上記電流発生器は、予め定められた最小限度の下で患者の体動の存在の下に 予め設定した最大の電流レベルで作用する請求項1の装置。
- 4.患者の体への薬剤の経皮的供給のための単一のイオン導入による薬剤供給装 置であって、ゼリー状のイオン化物質を格納するための容器を含む等角形状の担 持体と、上記容器に接続し、体動モニター回路と電流供給回路を含むフレキシブ ル回路の包含体とからなり、上記患者の動作が上記体動モニター回路を始動させ る薬剤供給装置。
- 5.患者に2種類の薬剤を供給する以下の要件からなるイオン導入による薬剤供 給システム。 第1陽イオン薬剤容器; 第2陰イオン薬剤容器; 上記第1、第2容器に接続し制御信号に応じて上記容器に電流を供給する電流発 生器手段; 上記患者の身体の体動をモニターし上記体動を示す体動信号を発生させるための 体動センサー手段; 上記体動センサー手段及び上記電流発生器手段に接続し、上記体動信号の機能と して上記電流発生手段の制御信号を発生させるため上記体動信号に感応する制御 手段。
- 6.患者に2種類の薬剤を供給する以下の要件からなるイオン導入による薬剤供 給システム。 第1陽イオン薬剤容器; 第2陽イオン薬剤容器; 上記第1、第2容器に接続し、第1の制御信号に応じて第1の極性で、また第2 の制御信号に応じて第2の極性で上記容器に電流を供給する電流発生器手段; 上記患者の身体の体動をモニターし上記体動を示す体動信号を発生させるための 体動センサー手段; 上記体動センサー手段及び上記電流発生器手段に接続し、上記体動信号の機能と して低い体動の存在下で上記体動信号に感応して第1の制御信号を発生させ、ま た予め定められたいき値を越えるいっそう高い体動の存在下で第2の制御信号を 発生させるための制御手段。
- 7.患者に2種類の薬剤を供給する以下の要件からなるイオン導入による薬剤供 給システム。 第1陰イオン薬剤容器; 第2陰イオン薬剤容器; 上記第1、第2容器に接続し、第1の制御信号に応じて第1の極性で、また第2 の制御信号に応じて第2の極性で上記容器に電流を供給する電流発生器手段; 上記患者の身体の体動をモニターし上記体動を示す体動信号を発生させるための 体動センサー手段; 上記体動センサー手段及び上記電流発生器手段に接続し、上記体動信号の機能と して低い体動の存在下で上記体動信号に感応して第1の制御信号を発生させ、ま た予め定められたいき値を越えるいっそう高い体動の存在下で第2の制御信号を 発生させるための制御手段。
- 8.以下の要件からなる患への薬剤の経皮的電子伝達装置。 上記患者へ供給する帯電イオン物質を含んでいる第1容器;上記第1容器に近接 して設けられ、上記患者へ供給する帯電イオン物質を含んでいる第2容器; 上記第1、第2容器に接続し制御信号に応じて上記電極に電流を供給する電流発 生器手段; 上記患者の身体の体動をモニターし上記体動を示す体動信号を発生させるための 体動センサー手段; 上記体動センサー手段及び上記電流発生器手段に接続し、上記体動信号の機能と して上記電流発生手段の制御信号を発生させるため上記体動信号に感応する制御 手段。
- 9.上記電流発生器は、予め定められた最小限度の下で患者の体動の存在の下に 予め設定した最小の電流レベルで作用する請求項1の装置。
- 10.上記電流発生器は、予め定められた最小限度の下で患者の体動の存在の下 に予め設定した最大の電流レベルで作用する請求項1の装置。
- 11.患者の体への薬剤の経皮的供給のための単一のイオン導入による薬剤供給 装置であって、ゼリー状のイオン化物質を格納するための容器を含む等角形状の 担持体と、上記容器に接続し、体動モニター回路と電流供給回路を含むフレキシ ブル回路パッケージ体とからなり、上記患者の動作が上記体動モニター回路を始 動させる薬剤電子伝達装置。
- 12.患者に2種類の薬剤を供給する以下の要件からなる電子伝達薬剤供給シス テム。 第1陽イオン薬剤容器; 第2陰イオン薬剤容器; 上記第1、第2容器に接続し制御信号に応じて上記電極に電流を供給する電流発 生器手段; 上記患者の身体の体動をモニターし上記体動を示す体動信号を発生させるための 体動センサー手段; 上記体動センサー手段及び上記電流発生器手段に接続し、上記体動信号の機能と して上記電流発生手段の制御信号を発生させるため上記体動信号に感応する制御 手段。
- 13.患者に2種類の薬剤を供給する以下の要件からなる電子伝達薬剤供給シス テム。 第1陽イオン薬剤容器; 第2陽イオン薬剤容器; 上記第1、第2容器に接続し、第1の制御信号に応じて第1の極性で、また第2 の制御信号に応じて第2の極性で上記容器に電流を供給する電流発生器手段; 上記患者の身体の体動をモニターし上記体動を示す体動信号を発生させるための 体動センサー手段; 上記体動センサー手段及び上記電流発生器手段に接続し、上記体動信号の機能と して低い体動の存在下で上記体動信号に感応して第1の制御信号を発生させ、ま た予め定められたいき値を越えるいっそう高い体動の存在下で第2の制御信号を 発生させるための制御手段。
- 14.患者に2種類の薬剤を供給する以下の要件からなる電子伝達薬剤供給シス テム。 第1陰イオン薬剤容器; 第2陰イオン薬剤容器; 上記第1、第2容器に接線し、第1の制御信号に応じて第1の極性で、また第2 の制御信号に応じて第2の極性で上記容器に電流を供給する電流発生器手段; 上記患者の身体の体動をモニターし上記体動を示す体動信号を発生させるための 体動センサー手段; 上記体動センサー手段及び上記電流発生器手段に接続し、上記体動信号の機能と して低い体動の存在下で上記体動信号に感応して第1の制御信号を発生させ、ま た予め定められたいき値を超えるいっそう高い体動の存在下で第2の制御信号を 発生させるための制御手段。
