Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the method which can securely and efficiently join titanium-nickel parts and other different metallic CONSTITUTION:The joint part 11 of the titanium-nickel alloy parts 1 is molded thick and this thick joint part is pressed to the prescribed section of the different metallic parts 2. These parts are then joined by heating the above-mentioned thick joint parts to a high temp. Since the titanium-nickel parts 1 and the different metallic parts 2 are securely and stably joined, an important contribution is made to the technical fields where the titanium-nickel alloy parts having high functions are demanded.

That is, in the former mechanical joining method of joining using fastening parts such as screws and rivets, there is a problem that the fastening parts project at the joining part and the product design is impaired. -In the latter plating joining method, in which the surface of the nickel alloy is plated and then brazed, the joining strength depends on the peeling strength of the plated metal at the joining portion, and peels off when a strong external force is applied. Is a problem.

That is, the present invention relates to a method for joining a titanium / nickel alloy part and a dissimilar metal part. The gist of the present invention is that the part to be joined is formed thick and the joint 11 Titanium-nickel alloy parts 1
When joining the titanium / nickel alloy material to the predetermined portion 21 of the dissimilar metal component 2, the joining portion 11 of the titanium / nickel alloy component 1 is joined to the titanium / nickel alloy material thickening means. The joint portion is strengthened by adopting a special welding means of titanium / nickel in which the joint portion 11 of the titanium / nickel alloy component 1 is heated and welded by being brought into contact with a predetermined portion 21 of the dissimilar metal component 2. The purpose is to strengthen the joint strength and suppress the weakening due to welding heat. Note that the dissimilar metal parts here mean parts for product construction molded from metals other than titanium / nickel alloys, such as nickel / copper alloy parts, nickel / chromium alloy parts, and pure titanium parts. Includes parts.

As described in the above embodiments, according to the present invention, titanium / nickel alloy parts and dissimilar metal parts, which have been extremely difficult to join in the past, are efficiently joined in a very strong and stable state. It is possible to achieve high-performance titanium, which was blocked due to the difficulty of joining.
In addition to being able to greatly contribute to the use of nickel alloys (shape memory alloys, superelastic alloys, etc.) in eyeglass parts, it will also contribute largely to other technical fields that require highly functional titanium-nickel alloys.
