(Prior art) Conventionally, rubber mats used for entrance mats, etc. have a base fabric in which pile threads are planted, an unvulcanized rubber cloth is integrally laminated on the entire back side of the base fabric, and a rubber edge surrounds the outer periphery in a flat manner. Mats that are integrally vulcanized and molded with a rubber backing and base fabric that are removably molded with a backing rubber are used in many places. There is a thriving rental business for use in highly effective conditions.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, used mats (mats whose base fabric and backing rubber are integrally molded) after replacing the mats are washed with petroleum-based dusting agents, etc. to make them easier to absorb dust, etc. The use of auxiliary agents not only damages the mat itself, but also accelerates the expansion and contraction of the rubber, causing distortion due to various conditions such as uneven volume and surface area of the base fabric, rubber, rubber edges, etc. This often resulted in deformed mats that became unusable due to the waving of the mats. Similarly, Pareto-shaped mats in which the base fabric can be separated from the lining (consisting of lining rubber and edge rubber) also cause ripples when only the lining is washed.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The gist of the present invention to achieve the above object is to cut off the edge rubber of the deformed mat 1 and the outer circumferential portion of the back rubber inside the edge rubber by an appropriate width and thickness.
After understanding the cause and progress of the distortion of the deformed mat 1, a repair rubber 2 with a composition and shape suitable for the uncut back rubber 4 is press-cured and vulcanized to repair the cut surface of the uncut back rubber 4. The pine repair method is characterized by bonding the joint surfaces of the rubber 2.

(Function) As described above, the mat repair method of the present invention removes the edge rubber of the deformed mat 1 with different volumes, surface areas, etc. and different degrees of expansion and contraction, and also removes the outer peripheral part of the back rubber with an appropriate thickness and width. As a result, when the adhesive surface of the main body rubber is buffed and chipped, the adhesive strength of the joint surface during vulcanization molding with the repair rubber 2, which is unvulcanized rubber, becomes stronger, and the scraped back rubber 4 part is extremely thin and has no distortion. becomes weaker, and even if the backing rubber to be newly bonded is returned to its original thickness, the distortion of the backing rubber portion that was forcibly scraped off by the bonding surface is suppressed, so it will not deform after bonding. In addition, we consider the causes of deformation of the mat and the state of shrinkage of the inner backing rubber 4 in terms of the rubber material, usage period, etc., and then vulcanize and mold the repair rubber 2 with the appropriate composition and shape, so that the repaired area after repair is not affected. The contraction/expansion relationship between the rubber and the old rubber is always in a well-balanced state, and it is possible to provide a mat that does not suffer from distortion over time.

In the figure, 1 is a deformed mat. The mat, which is in a beautiful state (flat) when integrally vulcanized, deforms over time because the degree of shrinkage between the back rubber and the edge rubber in the center of the mat body is generally different ( (This is also related to the shrinkage of the base fabric, etc.), while the rubber lining side becomes smaller as a whole, the edge rubber does not become smaller in proportion to the lining rubber, so the excess curves and becomes wavy. be. (The opposite case is also possible.) Therefore, the edge rubber and back rubber outer circumference of the deformed mat 1 are removed, and a new repair rubber 2 that fits the removed shape is added.
Balanced by vulcanization molding together,
Since the repair rubber 2 that has been vulcanized and bonded is in a state where its volume has changed and it has shrunk, the base fabric 3 and the lining fabric 4 are always tightened from the outer periphery, and as time passes, the lining rubber 4 is tightened as described above. Since the shrinkage is fast, this is quite acceptable. As described above, it is basic to re-mold the deformed mat in which distortion has occurred to obtain the repair mat 5, but the present invention does not simply adhere repair rubber 2 of an arbitrary composition at the time of repair, but rather fixes the cause of the distortion. By accurately grasping the confirmation, limits, and current progress, various formulations, shapes, and vulcanization molding methods of the repair rubber 2 are taken to prevent deformation after repair. That is, for the deformed mat 1 from which part of the edge rubber and the back rubber have been removed, a repair rubber is prepared in which the deformed mat 1 is kept at room temperature without causing thermal expansion and the shrinkage rate after molding is as large as possible. 2, or by heating the deformed mat 1 at a vulcanization temperature to cause sufficient thermal expansion, and measuring the expansion coefficient to check the difference from that at room temperature. There is a method of molding the expanded deformed mat 1 and the repair rubber 2 to the same size so that the shrinkage rate is the same as that of After vulcanization, a method of molding the deformed mat 1 into a larger size than the main body using a repair rubber 2 blended so that the shrinkage after vulcanization is smaller than that of the main body of the deformed mat 1 is taken. If it is determined that there is a risk of deformation over time even with the above method, it is necessary to maintain a balance between changes in the volume, surface area, and joint area of the repair rubber 2 and changes on the deformed mat 1 side. The composition of the repair rubber 2 shall be adjusted so that

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, according to the repair method of the present invention, not only can a pine that has become unusable due to repeated cleaning of the pine be made usable again, but also the repaired pine can be used after repair. Since it prevents distortion and deformation, it can work for a long time. Moreover, since the distortion of the deformed mat is easily removed and the repair rubber is vulcanized and bonded without any difficulty, no extra burden is placed on the mat and the work can be done quickly.
