面保護工事及び植生工事に採用されてきている。(Conventional technologies and their problems) Various developments have been made in the conventional slope protection and vegetation construction work, but among them, vegetation nets and turf structures can be standardized as products for slope surfaces. The entire area can be covered to prevent soil and sand from flowing away and the sprayed material from being washed away.It is inexpensive and can be constructed in a short period of time. It has the following advantages and has been adopted in many slope protection works and vegetation works.

However, only the sand or sprayed material entangled on the surface of the strands can be secured, and it cannot be said that the effect of preventing sand and sprayed material from flowing away from the slope is sufficient. In addition, even when installed on a slope, the net itself has no unevenness, so rainwater flowing down the slope will go over the net and flow down the slope, and as a result, the rainwater will not be dispersed but will collect in one place, Gallie rosion often occurred on the face.

方法が提案されてもいる。 Therefore, many researchers have attempted to improve the above-mentioned problems. For example, they have made many intermittently parallel cuts in chemical or metallic sheet materials such as paper, fibers, or plastics, and have made them at the construction site. A method has also been proposed in which a lever sheet is spread out in a net shape to prevent soil erosion.

期の表土の流亡が著しいといつた問題があつた。 However, in the case of paper or fibrous material, the strength is significantly reduced by making cuts, making it impossible to achieve sufficient effects. In addition, in the case of chemical or metallic materials, although they are strong enough, they cannot be expected to corrode and return to a part of the soil like plant-based nets, and in many cases, they cannot be expected to corrode and return to a part of the soil. As a result, there was a problem that the topsoil was washed away during the early stages of construction.

Generally, what is used is something called straw grass, which is made by weaving straw into a weft and warp to create a grass-like or coco-like material with seeds, fertilizer, or even thin cotton attached to it.

There has been a long-awaited development of a vegetation net that has good initial adaptability to the soil, and is also effective in preventing the washing away of soil and sprayed materials during the early stages of construction.

A twistable type as represented by No. 32069 (Utility Model Publication No. 59-137986) has been proposed. However, the twisted yarn is also a single wire like straw, and the effect of preventing the washing away of earth and sand and the washing away of the sprayed material cannot be said to be sufficient.

明に達した。 As a result of various studies regarding the above problems, the inventors of the present invention have determined that a wire with a width of 3 mm to 3 cm made of paper, nonwoven fabric, or chemical yarn can be made into a mesh smaller than the width of the wire using a large number of warp threads. By folding and knitting the vegetation net, the front and back sides of the vegetation net have peaks and valleys randomly, giving it a volume that prevents the washing away of earth and sand and the washing away of the sprayed material in the early stages of construction. The present invention was achieved based on the knowledge that it is possible to disperse runoff water and supply a vegetation net that erodes over time and is returned to the soil as organic matter.

する植生用ネツトである。(Means for Solving the Problems) That is, the present invention provides wefts of paper, nonwoven fabric, and chemical threads constituting the vegetation net with a width of 3 mm to 3 cm.
A net for vegetation is produced by folding the strands of strands into a mesh smaller than the width of the strands by a large number of warps, and the front and back sides have random peaks and troughs, and the net has a thin layer. This net for vegetation is characterized in that cotton is glued and seeds and fertilizer are stuck to the thin cotton.

By weaving with warp threads, humus-resistant threads remain in a band after the humus-prone areas corrode, and washed-off topsoil accumulates in the band, becoming a base for vegetation and promoting the introduction of vegetation onto slopes. I can do it.
