Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)
本考案はPPC複写機、フアクシミリ、ラミネ
ータ等の定着装置に於いて用いる離型剤塗布装置
に関するものである。[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a release agent coating device used in fixing devices such as PPC copiers, facsimile machines, and laminators.
(従来技術)
コピ紙に転写されたトナを加熱定着ローラと加
圧弾性ローラの間を通すことによつてコピ紙を焼
き付けるPPC複写機等の定着装置に於いて、ト
ナやコピ紙のローラへの付着を防止する為に一般
には離型剤(通常はシリコーンオイル)が塗布さ

をコピ1枚当り0.数mmgという少量ずつ、しかも
数万枚にわたつて塗布する事が可能である。この
場合4弗化エチレン樹脂多孔質体は多孔度が50%
〜90%が良く、シリーコンオイルの粘度は1000〜
10万c.s.のものを用いる。なお第5図の離型剤塗
布装置は加熱ローラ、加圧ローラのいずれかある
いは両方に取り付けて用いる。なお第5図中1は
ハウジング、2は離型剤含浸4弗化エチレン樹脂

しかし乍ら上記に於いては未だ下記の様な問題

離型剤塗布装置を固定して用いるためローラ
にかかる負荷が大きい。また塗布面にたまつた

上記に鑑み本考案はこのような問題点を解消
し、併せて均一に離型剤の塗布が可能な且つ製造
容易な離型剤塗布装置を提供するため開発された

(問題点を解決するための手段)
本考案の離型剤塗布装置は第1図に示す様に、
4弗化エチレン樹脂多孔質チユーブの内側に断面
円形状芯金4を挿入し、更に4弗化エチレン樹脂
の多孔部に離型剤であるシリコーンオイルを含浸
させたことを特徴としている。なお第1図中3は
離型剤含浸4弗化エチレン樹脂多孔質チユーブで

(作用)
上記構造により、離型剤塗布装置はローラ状と
なり固定支持でなく回転支持可能となる。又塗布
面に付着したトナや紙粉はローラ状面に於いて簡

(実施例)
以下に本考案の理解を助けるため実施例を述べ

芯金4はアルミニウム製で第3図のL=340mm、
D=14mm、d=8mm、W=2mm、t=1mmの寸法

多孔質チユーブの多孔部に3万c.s.のシリコーン
オイル(信越化学製:KF#96H)を30g含浸さ

(考案の効果)
以上説明した様に本考案によると下記のような

定着ローラや加圧ローラに対する摩擦抵抗が

Claims (1)
加圧弾性ローラの間を通すことによりコピ紙に
焼付ける定着装置に於いて、加熱定着ローラや
加圧弾性ローラへ離型剤を塗布するローラ状装
置であつて、4弗化エチレン樹脂多孔質チユー
ブの中に断面円形状芯金を挿入し、4弗化エチ
レン樹脂多孔質チユーブの多孔部に離型剤を含
浸させてなることを特徴とする離型剤塗布装
置。 (2) 4弗化エチレン樹脂多孔質チユーブの多孔度
が50%〜85%で、離型剤の粘度が1000c.s.〜
100000c.s.である実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)
項記載の離型剤塗布装置。 (3) 4弗化エチレン樹脂多孔質チユーブと芯金
と、シリコン系接着剤を用いて接着させること
により固定した実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項
記載の離型剤塗布装置。 (4) 4弗化エチレン樹脂多孔質チユーブと芯金
と、溶融性弗素樹脂を用いて接着させることに
より固定した実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記
載の離型剤塗布装置。 (5) 4弗化エチレン樹脂多孔質チユーブと芯金
を、芯金に細い溝を切つた芯金を用い、芯金の
外径よりも小さい内径の多孔質チユーブを無理
に挿入し芯金の細い溝にくい込ませることによ
り固定した実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載
