びたフレーム10,10内に主として半径方向放
射状に間隔をあけて張設された放射状中桟2で補
強されてなることを特徴とする円盤型固体培養装
置の多孔円板フレームを開発したのである。 本考案で云う、「半径方向放射状に間隔をあけ
て張設された放射状中桟2で」とは、半径方向中
心から外周に至る間へ放射状に配置された多数の
放射状中桟2のみの場合も含むものであるが、強
度の面から後述の実施例で説明するように、適当
な間隔をおいて横方向の中桟、すなわち横桟4を
数本設けたような良好な例も含むことを意味して
いる。すなわち、従来のように格子状升目を形成
するように縦横ほぼ同一ピッチで中桟を設けるの
ではなく、横方向のものは必要最低限にとどめて
大きな間隔をおいて設けるのである。

ムは、第1図で明らかなように、多孔円板3の全
周を複数に分割した形状の扇形単位フレーム1の
集合体で構成され、円周フレーム13内に多孔円
板3が載置できるように円形に並べられている。
ここで、本考案が大きく特徴とする点は、第2図
で示すように、単位フレーム1が主として半径方
向に張設された放射状中桟2で補強されているこ
とである。 図で明らかなように、放射状中桟2は放射状に
伸びたものであり、かつ、両側のフレーム10,
10も同じく放射状に伸びたものである。また、
放射状中桟2の内周部から外周部までの間に5本
(限定しない)の横桟4を張設して、放射状中桟
2を補強すると共に多孔円板フレーム自体の補強
もしている。そして、それら横桟4で区分された
区画と区画間の中桟2はそれぞれが一直線の放射
状に連続したものではなく、それぞれの区画にお
いて放射状であることを維持させてはいるが、最
外周区画にある中桟2の本数が全部、内周区画に
延長されているのではなく、内周区画における隣
り合う中桟2同士の間隔を所定間隔以上保つよう
に、その内周区画における中桟2の本数を間引い

と少なく、その分だけ製造工数が軽減されたもの

トツカー等の固体培養装置の装置自体も安価に提
供することができることになつた。
